Erin figured out that the Joker had to be heading for that fire escape she saw outside. She guessed what the quickest path would be through these rooms and started running. She was going to head him off...

She burst through one room and came upon two midgets dressed like miniature Jokers. They moved to stop her, but she kicked one hard in the face, knocking him ****, while waving the other one away with her gun.

She kept running. As she came through the last door, she was startled to find the Joker standing there, hands in his pocket, laughing crazily.

A green gas shot from the flower on his lapel, engulfing Erin's face.
