Cultural, Society, and/or Traditions Change

One day Amy was in her room, staring outside at the stars when she saw it. A strange purple light developing the sky. Just as quickly as it appeared, it was gone. For a second, she wondered if she just imagined things. No one else was talking about it online, so she assumed that she was just sleep deprived and headed to bed. Unaware that she wasn't in her world anymore.
