Create a Harem like in Anime

John's house was empty when he arrived from the costume shop. But he had plans to fill it up. He had bought a lot of costumes. He had always wanted to have beautiful women fawn over him.

The plan came together after he first discovered the costume shop. Step one was done, buying the costumes. Step two was to get his first target to wear one of the costumes. He had thought long and hard about who his first target was and what they would become.
