Crawling from the wreckage

Dan woke on the Saturday to find his phone blowing up with notifications. He realised it was late morning. He checked the notifications and found he had been added to a group chat for Sarah’s party.

He opened the chat thread out of mild curiosity. Most of it was just people advising if they were going or not and many people messaging Randy to score during the night. There were various pictures people had added: selfies of their outfits for the night or showing themselves drinking.

“Then how is she driving a car like that? Is she selling meth?” Randy asked, expressing his disbelief.

“Randy, you sell drugs and drive a fucking Taurus,” Dan interjected.
