April blinked a few times. Was this really Texas? She got the question correct. “Uhh o-ok then. Uh how about this? What do some outlaws try to do to us?”

“They uh either try to squash, gas, take over our jobs, keep us for their pleasure or chew us like gum.”

Welp. No reason to not believe right? Though this is still surprising to the Vixen. “Well uh. Uhh this is uh-“

“Awkward? Yea..I know.” Tex stood up brushing herself.

“S-so what exactly happened?” April questioned.

“Hell if I know. First I’m waking up from bed, ah’ look in the mirror and now? I-I’m..this!”

This was certainly puzzling. None of the two had an idea on how this happened. April tried to lighten up the mood. “W-well at least it ain’t too bad right?”

“Not too bad?! Ah’ can’t go out like this! What’ll the townsfolk think of me being like this?! Ah’ can’t just stink up the place-?”

“Well DO you smell?” April questioned as she sniffed the air. “Doesn’t seem like it.”

Tex took a sec and sniffed herself. “Ok, I guess I don’t smell? But what can I do?”

Indeed a problem. Should they come up with a plan/excuse for this wild phenomenon? Or should they go to work already? Not going to work is certainly a vulnerability to the town but they could create a plan or idea. Going to work would be less risky but it may surprise and confuse others.
