Cooling Off

Being a Gotham superhero means thinking on your feet. Sure, they're all intelligent! But intelligence will only take you so far if you're constantly caught off guard. With so many techniques made into muscle memory, it's not easy to leave a bat dumbstruck...

But apparently, pantsing them in public was their Kryptonite!

Barbara sat against the wall with her shorts around her ankles, momentarily stunned by both her exposure, and the mere fact that she'd been so sloppy. And Harley...

Well, she was just a few inches away from Batgirl's Bat-Slit. Two pink, pretty lips, topped with a triangle of ginger hair...

None of them were thinking in those fleeting seconds-- But not thinking was Harley's speciality! She didn't think about what she'd just done, or what she'd do next. She scrambled to her feet, yanked Barbara's shorts off completely, and scrambled down the alleyway!

A door! Big, and metal. Harley yanked and tugged on the handle.

"HARLEY!" Batgirl cried after her! Crap. The bottomless bat was getting it together. She struggled against the door, throwing her meager weight against it, until finally, she crashed her way into a dark room!

Harley landed on the floor, scrambled to her feet, and locked it behind her.

"There! Good luck gettin' in without your fancy belt, Red! Ha, ha-- Hooh!"

For the first time today, Harley threw her arms around herself and clutched her butt naked body. All she'd wanted was the chance to cool off, and wouldn't you know it... She'd found herself in a walk-in freezer! Meat hung from hooks, and the floor itself was slippery with ice.

"What kinda monkey's paw bullshit..." Harley muttered to herself.

She began walking through the expansive freezer, slowly, while searching for an exit further into... Whatever this building was. She shivered, her nipples going hard against her arm.

"I-If I wind up catchin' a cold because of this, I swear..."
