Continue to date Hudson

Slowly, time passes for you in the shelter. You continue to work hard at the toy store and you start taking night classes at the local college. They're nothing much, simply courses to help you straighten your finances and take care of your home, but you appreciate them. With the skills you learn in your course, you manage to handle the money your receive from your job appropriately. Six months after you arrived at the shelter, you are able to afford your own apartment. It's a bit shabby, but you weren't expecting much. You're not making much money and you just wanted the apartment as a stepping stone from the shelter.

You also have continued to date Hudson, officially becoming his boyfriend after your third date. He always takes good care of you on your dates, opening doors for you and making sure that you're seated before he is. He took you to the city gardens for your second date, just for a simple stroll before taking you out to dinner. And, for your third date, he took you to the fair just outside the city limits. He asked you to be his boyfriend on at the top of the Ferris Wheel. Your friends at the shelter tell you that it's a bit cliche, but you loved it. He made you feel special and like you were at the top of the world.

Hudson even offered to let you live with him, but you know that he's living in his parents' attic and you don't want to be a burden on them. You promise him that, when he has his own place, you'll gladly move in with him. But, right now, you haven't met his parents and you don't want to live with strangers who may not want you there.

There's been talk about meeting his parents. It makes you nervous, since you doubt they will like you very much. And you can't do that same for him either, since your father is now in prison. You have no family, besides some distant cousins whose names you barely remember. But you want to meet them as well. If you give them a good first impression, it may encourage Hudson to keep dating you and, maybe, take it a bit farther. He's been a complete gentleman, keeping all your interactions sweet and innocent. But your mind has started to wander, imaging situations between the two of you that make you blush. You want to have more with him.
