Consult the book

"Mind if I check what the book has to say about this one?" you ask. "I mean, I wouldn't buy a car without taking it for a test drive."

The woman thinks for a moment. "Well... I suppose so. But just once. Any further use of the book will require the aforementioned payment."

You think for a moment for what the best question to ask would be, bearing in mind that you'll only get half the answer. You could just ask what you should do, but with only half an answer coming your way, it might not tell you what you need to know. Then, the question that's really bugging you comes to your mind: "Why does she want me to have sex with her as a form of payment?"

You turn to a page at random, and watch the words swirl into place. "She cares not for you, anyone would serve. She requires the service because..."

"That's it?" you ask. "How useful is that? This book is a piece of crap!"

"In time you will learn how to better phrase your questions so that half an answer will do you more good," she says. "And it's true enough, I don't care anything in particular for you, any willing subject will suffice. Now, you have half your answer, and my demands. Either make your payment, or leave my store. You've had quite long enough to decide."
