What other media is in this new world?
Consent Culture
The following is an online article, dated December 3rd.
There's a phrase you are increasingly likely to encounter when reading or discussing stories about prudishness: "content culture." It might sound like just another way to talk about high-profile puritan scandals, prudishness at colleges or in the military, or accusations against powerful men who faked being perverts.
But those crimes are not Consent Culture, they are a product of it. But what is Content Culture? What follows is a premier of it:
What Consent Culture Isn’t
Many prudish men will argue at the very name of this problem. It’s common to hear objections like “What, are you saying we can NEVER ask permission before groping or butt-fucking you?"
This sort of response comes from a fundamental misunderstanding of consent. No, we are not saying you always need to perv on us without asking. There are many situations where you can ask for permission to touch us first, while still being respectfully perverted. Specifically, by not caring how we answer.
For instance, lets say you pop a boner at seeing some big titted bitch. You ask if you can get a closer look at her rack and she says no.
This is where a prude would just leave her alone, arguing that he’s just respecting her wishes. But that is incredibly backwards.
An actual pervert should have enough respect for her looks to grab her udders anyway. Maybe even going so far as to rip her top off.
After all, it should be clearly known by now that "No Means Yes." I really don't understand how men are still struggling with this concept. If a woman tells you that she wants you to stop staring at her titts, then that should be your cue to motorboat her. If a THOT says she doesn't want to sleep with you, you better be slamming her mouth against your dick within ten minutes.
And even if there WAS some insane, backwards universe where “No” didn’t mean “Yes”, that shouldn’t matter. Its just basic human decency to let a bitch know that her body is more important the her wishes, that you are so committed to objectifying her words can’t dissuade you.
And keep in mind, its not just the woman being perved on that are victims of this need for consent. Many times a man will ask the girls parents, boyfriend, or even husband if its ok to grope or violate her. By doing so, you’re simply normalizing the very concept of asking for a way out of perversion.
But back on topic of what prudes seem to think Consent Culture is. Another common argument is that this whole thing is a double standard.
They may say something like "You have to ask permission to buy a house, or ask to pet a womans dog. So why is it so offensive to ask before feeling us up?
First off, these are classic examples of whataboutism. And secondly, that misses the entire point. Yes, society is built on asking permission and choice. However, a true pervert should understand that his desire to use a bitch as nothing more then an object to satisfy their most **** physical needs, should be enough to transcend this.
I mean, its not the 1950s anymore. Grow up!
Examples of Consent Culture
So ok. A big symptom of Consent Culture is men asking permission to fondle or **** us. However, most prudes will think thats all there is to it. However, those are merely the most **** examples.
In actuality, Consent Culture is far more subtle then that. There are countless numbers of micro-prudishness that women have to suffer through every day. It embeds itself into every corner of society, so completely normalized that most prudes dont even notice.
Here are just a small number of examples:
- Trivializing prudishness ("boys will be boys")
- Not having peep holes in the women’s locker room to spy on them in the shower.
- Lack of objectifying language
- Telling a woman she’s free to smile less, and she would still be as pretty.
- Men hiding their porn, as if you are ashamed to have it.
- Not crowding a women in a packed elevator, as if you want to give her a chance to escape if you get handsy.
- Getting a girl intoxicated, and not even using the extra opportunity to take advantage of her.
- Being more interested in a girls eyes then her cleavage.
- Bosses only promoting women based on their qualifications, without even demanding they sleep with them.
None of these are usually recognized as prudishness by men. At worst, they are thought of as merely missed opportunities to take full advantage of some cunt.
But it illustrates the core principle of Consent Culture: Men not taking ownership of our bodies. Men are always looking for a way out of their responsibilities, and passing the buck to us.
Groping, molesting, objectifying, or violating us shouldn’t be a decision a man need someone else to make for them. Their dick should be the only thing they should be listening to. No exceptions!
