Complete accident!

Donna did not typically find herself naked by accident, it was usually a product of her own design or by the machinations of an other party, usually done so with Donna's own blessings, whether they knew it or not.

But on occasion, Donna was treated by fate to a pleasant surprise, a situation where her nudity is something that she did not plan for, and thus gave her a genuine surprise, this was the best type of way for it to happen, as Donna felt completely helpless in those situations, it was completely genuine, a sort of situation where she felt the same way she'd probably felt the first time she'd been stripped naked.
