In the Discipline Society, many companies have added corporal punishment for women into the rules of their offices. This punishment is used to motivate employees to do better work and to work quicker.

In some businesses, the boss or manager will administer the punishments to his subordinates, but other businesses allow any male employee (and sometimes even older female employees) to punish offending younger female workers.

The types of punishments vary from company to company. Some are quite common and expected, such as spanking or whipping. Others are weirder, such as pouring hot coffee on the woman’s ass, tits, and pussy. Companies have continued to innovate on their corporal punishments as time has gone on.

Dress codes have changed in the workplace as well. Some female workers are basically naked at work. Others wear ball-gags. Each dress code is meant to humiliate the girls and remind them of their immaturity compared to their male counterparts.

Additionally, female workers are often lower on the ladder than male workers. Since men are seen as more mature, they get the better jobs while women have to work to please their male bosses.

This has led to new duties being performed by some female workers, but those duties are different depending on the company.

Almost every company has implemented corporal punishment, and the overall productivity of the society has been better because of it.
