There were a couple of changes for the second series. The setting just outside the mansion, which was designed to allow the Brigata some increased civilisation with the servants as well as making the more private places of the mansion easily accessible, just in case the Brigata got too excited again.

The Brigata wore more risqué clothing. Naturally we chose warm days to film on so no one was too cold in the flimsy chemises. If they were standing the chemise almost exactly met the top of the stockings. Once again, like in P&P, we seemed to have a great effect on nightclub attire back in Britain, but how the poor young women do not freeze to **** is beyond me.

The men’s braies, being baggy shorts, were not quite so sexy on their own but erections were very noticeable and of course there always seemed a constant danger that the beasts would escape. The men were lucky to be wearing bright colours and stood out like peacocks. We did think of having the women wear pastel shades but if clothing was coloured it was more usually bright so we went with classic white.

Unfortunately none of the female Brigata look like sisters (at a stretch Monica and Selena) so I chose 3 of the girls of Southern European descent, ruling out Monica because of the age. To be honest, Aria was not a very convincing 19 year old either. I briefly had the idea of 2 Selenas as identical twins, but I did not want to wear the poor girl out.

I did try to get hold of Tabitha Gash for the role of the Cretan woman, as a treat for Ed, but sadly she was unavailable so I chose Eva because, like Monica, there is an air of haughty aristocracy about the way she looks and acts.

Technology has moved on so much that during the repeats and delivery by other media that the viewer can almost become the director. For instance the consumer of this episode was able to switch between each couple during their wedding nights so they could concentrate on the favourites or watch them all. In order to maintain the integrity of the director’s (my) vision (constraints) then the initial showing is the same experience for everyone.

We made use of a couple of individual talents in this episode. Aria’s projectile orgasms I knew about and seemed to fit with the character.
