Coming to

The first thing Karen Starr felt was pain. A groan was the first thing to escape her lips. Opening her eyes was too painful, a blur of white was all she saw so she closed them again.

"Ah my head"

"Good morning Miss Starr, its time to get up" a friendly sounding robotic voice called out from above

"Ugh shut up" the kryptonian lazily called out and tried to go back to sleep

To her dismay a loud siren blaired, painful enough to make Karen scream. It only stopped when the blonde stood up.

Looking around Karen was in a room of pure grey that was somehow bathed in a red light without any light source. The only way to tell where the floor ended and the wall started was the break in the tiles of sheet metal.

"Whatever" Karen stated and punched the wall

The blonde had to hold her hand in pain, it didn't even scratch the wall. She was still depowered!

"Alright skynet whats the deal?" Karen called to the disembodied voice

"I will issue commands and you will comply or be disciplined"

Karen had hoped the voice obeyed the three laws of robotics but if its gonna "discipline" her then that was out. For now it was probably best to go along with it.

"Fine not like I have a choice. Whats first?"
