"Trevor, I'm going to give you ten seconds to pick your pants back up and get out right now," says Tess, brandishing a harsh tone and a strong glare. Trevor immediately gets the message, puts his pants back on, and makes his way out of the bedroom and towards the front door with Tess following close behind.

As Trevor reaches the front door, he turns around and looks Tess up and down.

"So you know, Tess, I will always shoot my shot with you," he says with a dopey grin. "I need to call a cab, and oh yes! Don't tell Arnie about this, yeah? It might ruin his chances at a promotion."

Tess's jaw drops and her scowl deepens, "You're a son of a bitch you know that?"

Trevor chuckles, "Be happy I'm not forcing you to sleep with me so he gets that promotion. No, I don't use my power to get women, Tess. You'll learn that."

Tess watches him leave and closes the door. That smug bastard. I would never sleep around on Arnie! Especially with his own boss!

With a heavy sigh, she cleans up a few things around the house and heads back to her bedroom. Arnie is still in the same position he was in when her and Trevor left him there, snoring away. Tess gets undressed, changes into her pajamas, and with great effort moves Arnie into his spot before she gets in bed and dozes off.
