"Get the fuck off of me." You yell at the tree-man and swing your fist. To your surprise the tree-man flies backward several blocks, obliterating everything in his path. Guilt overcomes you. "Oh god? What have I done?" Fire erupts from an apartment building and a helpful mutant quenches the flame. People noticed your **** strength and they crowd you.

"How did she do that?" "How is a girl that small that strong?" One goes so far as to approach you, "Are you alright ma'am?" You fall to your knees and close you eyes. Your wish had come, but at what cost? The voices grow louder as people begin to resent you for the destruction. Your mind is screaming, so you let your mouth follow. "I want to go home!" You open your eyes, and you're in your apartment. The soft feel of your rug under your knees quells your inner conflict. Was it a dream?

Your sudden teleportation shocks you, but you're grateful nonetheless. Your cat Raven curls around your leg as your mind connects and you sprint to the window. From the third floor of your downtown apartment you see it all. Mutants, grotesque and flawless, roam the streets. The thick green mist lines the boulevard and you hide your tears as best you can. What happened? You turn on the news and find a reporter giving an explanation.

"A global catastrophe, officials are still unsure of what has caused the sudden mutation of a quarter of the world's population. Even moreso, they are unsure of what seperates a horrible deformity and ****, from super powers. " You're enraged at the lack of answers on your TV, so many have died and officials are unsure. You know they're holding back information, you just wish they would say something. "Breaking news, I'm being joined live by the former US Secretary of Defense Tony Stark. Tony what is happening?" Tony Stark answers the question truthfully, "Thanks Joyce, it's simple really. The Inhuman known as Black Bolt has detonated a large 'Terrigen Bomb' in our atmosphere in an attempt to kill Thanos and his son. The terrigen crystals present cause an intense mutation in those with Inhuman DNA, which happens to be a quarter of the world's population. I don't know if it worked, but damn what a show!" The reporter turns back towards the camera, "Thank you Mr. Stark. I'm Joyce Jackson, and we'll keep you updated, after these messages..."

You turn the TV off. You're happy that they gave you an answer, buy why? Was someone listening to your angry yell? Raven lays down to sleep on your foot, you've been standing still for ten minutes now. Your mind races, the punch, the teleporting, and now the news? You look at Raven sleeping and think of your roomate. You check their room, empty, the kitchen, also empty. You return to the livingroom and decide to picture your roomate where you saw them last. All of the sudden your hear a wet scream coming from their room.

They've become an unholy creature, a demon of Black Bolt's design. They're screaming in anguish and pawing at your foot with an unknown appendage. You know you can help them with the power in you. You brought them here, certainly you can change them back.
