Clue #11

If a pledge survives a chase long enough, game-altering options become available. It's possible to move the story into a new phase, ie one where everyone knows that there's a killer, or the killer's identity is known, but the story still is not resolved. This is what would have happened if (Pledge) had locked the killer in a closet.
