Just the cleanup

The party seemed to be going great guns but when a couple of the bigwigs announced they had other engagements, everyone left in a hurry leaving a huge mess for Matt, Natasha and Tanya to deal with.

Mr. Adams slapped Matt on the shoulder, told him he'd done a good job, and gave him a couple hundred dollar bills. He tried to shove a couple of the bills down Natasha's cleavage but the girl backed off and held out her hand for the money. Then he went after Tanya, nuzzling her and telling her she was the best daughter ever.

Matt was torn. Mr. Adams might be rich but he looked like he could snap Matt in half without having to work at it. Plus this was a family matter and in Matt's experience, getting involved in a family dispute was a no-win. He resolved to get Natasha's advice about it afterward. Maybe it was time to bring in Child Protective Services or maybe Tanya's dad was just a drunk asshole.

It took a good hour to clean up the mess the guests had left, then Matt and the girls changed out of their costumes and Tanya drove he and Natasha home.

{else}"I'm trying to persuade myself you weren't making moves on my mother, Matt. What is wrong with you?"

"I wouldn't take advantage of a drunk," Matt said, exaggerating just a little. The whole thing turned into a little more than I was expecting."{endif}

"Like nine hundred dollars more," Natasha giggled from the back seat. "Of course I'll have to wear makeup on my ass and legs for a week to cover up all the bruises from when I got pinched. Still, nine hundred bucks."

"See you guys at school tomorrow," Natasha chirped when they dropped her off. {if Natasha>30}"It was great to see you, Matt. You were a huge help."{endif}

After that, it was just Tanya and Matt and he, as always, struggled for something to say. He was pretty sure this wasn't the time to suggest she lose her top so he could admire her tits although that was the primary thought on his mind.

"Thanks for including me in this," he finally said. "I need the money, of course, but it also gave me some insights into the Hollywood world."

"Look, Matt. Hollywood isn't different from anywhere else. There are men so rich and powerful that the rules don't apply to them. If you want to survive, you've got to learn to exploit that fact, to use those men."

"It seemed to me that those men were doing the using."

"Yeah, that's what they do. And they're so rich and powerful that the rest of us end up having to sell our souls, or our daughters, to them."

He reached out and ran a knuckle down her forearm. "Let me know if there's anything I can do for you."

She swerved then pulled to the side of the road. "What could you do? You can't even fight off the bullies at school." Tears were running down her cheek and he deflected his standard response of snarking back. He just wasn't used to seeing Tanya as sensitive and damaged--he'd seen her as Ms. Perfect. Which went to show something but exactly what he'd have to think about.

After a couple of minutes she pulled herself together and continued to his house. "Thanks again for the help, Matt. And forget what I said. I was just mad because... uh... because Natasha made more than me in tips."

"Sure, Tanya. See you at school tomorrow."

For a second, she leaned toward him, almost as if hoping for a kiss. But she jerked away before he could react. "Well, get out. I've got to get back home to take care of my drunk mother and pervert father."
