Clean Up, Lunch and A Workout

Jane ponders for a little while what to do with herself now, and finally decides on a shower at least, given the mess she's made of herself. She heads to the bathroom and jumps into the shower, more of a rinse off than a full clean, not taking long before she hops back out and dries herself off.

Wrapping the towel around her body she heads back to her bedroom and rummages through the cupboard for a moment before grinning to herself andd pulling one of John's shirts out. She drops the towel and pulls on the shirt, only doing up a few of the buttons lower down, leaving it hanging open and showing off a lot of cleavage.

Next she heads out into the kitchen and fixes herself some lunch, a simple pasta dish that doesn't take long to prepare. As she sits at the table eating, she can't help but look into the camera every few moments, playing with the shirt and exposing more and less of her chest playfully, wondering if the watcher is looking or not.

After she's eaten and cleared away the dishes, she pulls a yoga mat out of the cupboard and lays it out in front of the TV, pulling up a pilates follow along video. Just as she's about to geet started, her phone vibrates annd she looks at the message curiously

If you're going to **** me by making me watch you work out during this meeting, you can at least make it worthwhile and lose the shirt

Jane smirks to herself as she un buttons the shirt and lets it drop to her feet, kicking it to one side as she hits play on the video and starts the workout. It begins with a gentle enough stretching routine, during which Jane makes sure that any time she's bending over, her ass is towards the closest camera. The 45 minute workout picks up from there, and before long she's sweating and quite flushed. By the end of it, there's beads of sweat dripping down her chest and her hair is plastered to her forehead. She sits on the mat for a few moments, getting her breath back, legs out in front of her and arms stretched out behind her, chest heaving slightly. She's about to get up when her phone buzzes again

Fuck that was hot to watch. I had a boner for pretty much the entire meeting and it made it very hard to concentrate. I love seeing you all sweaty like that

Jane can't help but laugh a little to herself as she looks up at the camera "That was the first time I've worked out naked like that... I certainly hope you enjoyed the show"

Oh I certainly did, and I really hope watching you shower will be just as good a show

Jane raises an eyebrow at that but smirks to herself "I can see what I can do... I wouldn't want to dissapoint now would I"

With that, she gets up, packing away the yoga mat and gets ready for the shower
