Class dismissed and Miss Julia wants to talk

“Alright, ladies, you may leave,” Julia said. “Not you, Arnold. We need to talk.”

The girls all filed out ready to leave for the day while Arnold squirmed. “M-miss Julia,” Arnold said. “Y-you want to talk to me?”

“There’s no hope of you passing my class,” Julia said.

Arnold’s eyes widened. “P-please. I need a 4.0,” Arnold said.

“You’ll be lucky if you even get a 1.0 in my class,” Julia said.

“Please,” Arnold said. “There must be some sort of way…”

Julia smiled. “There is… but you may not like it…”

“Please, I’ll do anything,” Arnold said.

“Anything?” Julia said.

Arnold nodded.
