“No,” Ciri grinned and she wanted to laugh. Never in her life had a simple word so good to say.
“No?” the man said surprised.
“No,” she repeated happily. Then turned to leave. He reached for her, one large paw wrapping around her wrist. Apparently, he did not share in her joy.
