Cindy

The first thing I notice is pounding headache then the nausea. Then I groan and open my eyes, big mistake. The light pierced through my retinas causing pain like a knife jabbing into my forehead. I quickly shut my eyes again moaning and bringing hand up to rub my temples. That was when I felt the tube clinging to my arm then the feel of gauze wrapped around m head.

Then I hear someone walk in humming a gentle tune.

"Oh so you've woken up. Oh dear is the light to much for you? Who left this on?," I hear the voice of Cindy say.

I saw the room darken through the lids of my eyes. I cautiously open my eyes, it still hurt but was bearable. I rolled my head to the side and saw Cindy standing at an I.V. stand.

"Sooo," she started ," you may be happy to hear that Brenda has been arrested. But in regards to your current condition you have a pretty gnarly concussion as well as a few stitches.".

She then presses a button on my I.V. pump and tells me sweet dreams giving a cute smile then I faded off to sleep.
