As a dedicated Interpol operative, her instincts screamed "danger" regarding Madame Vex and the immense power of the Wish Orb. Such an artifact, capable of altering reality on a personal level, could easily be exploited for far grander, more sinister purposes. It was her responsibility to investigate, to uncover Madame Vex’s true agenda, and to prevent the orb from falling into nefarious hands.

Yet, the tournament's unique rules struck Chun-Li to her core. A woman of unwavering dignity, discipline, and a symbol of justice, the notion of engaging in combat designed for public disrobing filled her with profound revulsion. The thought of her iconic qipao, a symbol of her strength and heritage, being strategically removed and her body exposed on an international stage for entertainment, mortified her. She understood the inherent risk of public humiliation, keenly aware that her reputation, meticulously built on integrity and professionalism, could be irrevocably tarnished. Fighter Base Abilities (Stats/Skills):

Attacks: (Moves re-imagined for "Strategic Strip Down" combat. Each attack would have base LR/OD damage, a chance to hit WP, and effects on CV/AM.)

• Spinning Bird Kick (High, Mid, Low Strip): Chun-Li leaps, kicking rapidly in an inverted aerial spin.
• Effect: Deals moderate OD damage (15-20), and low-to-moderate LR damage (5-10) distributed across upper body and leg layers. Can target specific areas (head, torso, legs) based on player choice.
• Lightning Legs (Hyakuretsukyaku) (Rapid Strip): A rapid-fire series of kicks.
• Effect: Deals low LR damage (3-5) per successful kick but high cumulative OD damage (20-30) due to multiple hits. Excellent for rapidly eroding overall clothing durability, especially on lower layers.
• Kikoken (Fabric Wave / Disorienting Blast): Chun-Li fires a focused ki blast.
• Effect: A precision attack that can either cause moderate LR damage (15-20) to a specific targeted garment or temporarily reduce the opponent's AM by 1 for their next turn (making them easier to hit). It doesn't physically tear but "frays" or "loosens" the garment.

Defense: (These are reactive choices to an opponent's attack, influencing defense success rates based on Chun-Li's Agility and Resilience stats.)

• Acrobatic Evasion (High Agility Defense): Chun-Li uses her incredible agility to twist, duck, or leap away from an incoming strip attempt.
• Effect: High chance to completely evade the attack, taking no OD/LR damage. Success rate is heavily influenced by Chun-Li's current AM and the opponent's accuracy. If unsuccessful, damage is reduced by a small amount.
• Deflecting Stance (Resilient Guard):Chun-Li braces herself, using her powerful limbs to deflect or block attempts to grab/tear her clothing.
• Effect: Guarantees reduced OD/LR damage taken (e.g., 50% less), but does not fully avoid the attack. This is a safer choice against high-damage attacks or when evasion odds are low.

Special Moves (Chun-Li): (Powerful moves that require a "charge" or "meter" built up through successful attacks/defenses. They have significant impact.)

• Kikosho (Area Dematerialization): Chun-Li unleashes a massive, radiating burst of ki.
• Effect: Deals high OD damage (40-50) to all outer layers of the opponent. Also applies 10-15 LR damage to up to 3 randomly selected outer layers. Has a chance to instantly dissolve/remove one low-LR garment (like Caps, Belts, or Bracelets) if it's currently on the opponent and its LR is below 50%. Drastically reduces opponent's CV by 20% for 1 turn.
• Tenshoukaku (Layer Rip / Unbutton Flurry): A powerful, rapid upward series of kicks designed to target the opponent's upper and mid-sections.
• Effect: Deals focused high LR damage (30-40) to a specific upper or mid-layer (e.g., Shirt, Hat, Jacket). If successful, this move has a high chance to instantly unbutton, unsnap, or rip open sturdy garments, particularly if the targeted layer has a WP located there. • Are you feeling okay?: Puts her hands behind her back, leans forward and giggles tauntingly.
• Effect: Attempts to bait the opponent into a more aggressive, but potentially less precise, attack on their next turn. Can also slightly reduce the opponent's AM by 1 or increase their "Frustration" metric, making them more likely to make errors or miss.
• Gomen ne!: Chun-Li leaps forward and extends her left hand while she puts her right hand behind her back, closes her eyes and smiles
• Effect: For the next turn, Chun-Li's AM increases by +1 (making her harder to hit) OR the opponent's accuracy is slightly reduced (5% debuff). It can also slightly increase her "Courage" stat, making her more resistant to opponent taunts.
