Jason's eyes widened, his cheeks flushing even deeper. He was torn between excitement and guilt, knowing full well that Leah was engaged to Jonathan--he had never done anything like this. He nodded slowly, swallowing the lump in his throat that he knew would grow to be a lump in his pants as the show would end.

"Yeah, that would be...great." he smiled and looked Leah up and down.

Leah grinned mischievously, her heart pounding with exhilaration. She leaned in closer, her lips barely brushing against Jason's ear as she whispered, "I think we'll have a lot of fun cleaning up together."

As the final notes of the concert echoed through the auditorium and the crowd began to disperse. Parents collected students. Students played pranks. PTA moms stuffed the few cookies that remained into boxes and trays to take home. Leah and Jason stole glances at each other. The anticipation hung heavy in the air as they waited for everyone to leave.

Once they were alone behind the stage and the last of the students and parents filtered out, they locked eyes, their desire burning like a forbidden fire between them. Without a word, they both headed toward the band room.
