Choosing an option

"All right ladies, let's go over our options one last time," said Gwen, still trying to get the image of what she saw the previous night out of her head. "I still think Elektra and Vanessa are our best bet at busting the Kingpin, but we could also use Matt's friend, Jessica Jones, to try and dig up something on whoever's been blocking Matt's case at the courthouse. I'm not gonna lie, I don't like the **** route myself, but at this point, I just want to take Fisk down. Finally, we could try finding a cop who'd be willing to issue a search warrant for Oscorp. I don't know who'd be willing to take that on, though..."

"Is all of the above an option?" Felicia wondered aloud.

"It's possible, but chances are good that Fisk will drop off the grid if he's tipped off, and the chances of that get higher the more people we involve," Natasha answered. "I'm in agreement with Gwen -- I'm sure Elektra is as eager as any of us to take Fisk down, and if it's true that she and Fisk's wife are having an affair, then she'll want to get her away from him as soon as possible."

Gwen nodded in agreement. "Mrs. Fisk should be willing to testify if we can offer her protection -- this penthouse would be as good a place as any to hide her during a trial. I'd be willing to be a bodyguard, and I'd guess Elektra would too... but this is your place, Felicia. That makes it your call. What do you think?"
