Checking the rulebook

It had been a bit of a slow day at the coffee shop. Jason went on his break and took the time to check on the rulebook. The first part was about how the harem was put together.

When the eldest child of the previous harem owner turns 16, the conglomerate recruits 8 harem members (Aged 15), the harem members live in the mansion and are home schooled by private tutors.

When each of the harem members reaches the age of 18, they are given a test to show their intelligence, and a failure results in being kicked from the mansion.

After the test, the current head's assistant teaches them of their harem duties until they reach 19, where they are given to the heir.

The harem owner is free to recruit new members, but they can only have a maximum of 10 members at any time. Any new recruits must receive initiation.

Jason had a few more questions, if there are 8 girls that get recruited, what happened to the other girls? What does it mean by 'initiation'? Jason kept reading a section on 'The Assistant', obviously referring to Emma.

The head's assistant is the eldest daughter of the previous assistant.

When the head either passes away or retires, the assistant retires their role.

If the assistant passes away before the head, their daughter takes over.

The assistant's daughter may not be a member of the harem unless it is agreed beforehand by the assistant and the harem owner. If the assistant's daughter is decided to be a member of the harem, then the second born child of the assistant will take over as assistant, regardless of gender.

While the assistant is unable to be a harem member, they are allowed to engage in sexual relations with the harem owner, if it is consensual.

The rules on the assistant seemed to make sense, there were more rules on the assistant, some of which specified about any sexual relationships between the assistant and the harem owner, they seemed to be put in place to prevent ****. The next section was about the harem girls' duties.

The harem is tasked with pleasing the harem owner.

The harem members are expected to get along, any fighting will result in the harem members being kicked out and banished.

The harem is expected to help out around the mansion and are given daily chores. They are unallowed to engage in sexual acts with the harem owner until their chores are complete, unless if the harem owner requests their services by name.

The harem members may engage in relationships before the age of 19, but if they wish to continue relationships after that point, they will be asked to leave the harem.

Jason would have kept reading, but he was interrupted when his watch beeped, informing him that his break was over and he needed to get back to work.
