Check on Alice.

You leave Delphi to her own room as you make your way around the manor in hopes of finding Yin. You call out her name. Almost immediately, she appears in front of you in a cloud of smoke, causing you to ****.

"Oh no. I'm so sorry, Master," Yin says nervously. She begins to blow air all around her in a futile attempt to get rid of the smoke.

"It's fine." You laugh. "Calm down. Can you take me to Alice's room?"

"Right away. Follow me."

She leads you down the hall to one of the doorways and gestures a hand towards it. "I'll find Snow in the meantime. That is where I was previously headed."

"Of course. Thank you."

With that, you knock on the door and await an answer.

"Come in," Alice says in her cute though flat voice.

You turn the knob and step inside, shutting it softly behind you. The golem sits on her bed across the room, though it catches you by surprise. Her head has been removed and is resting beside her. Despite that, the body turns to face you. It's certainly something to get used to.

"How are you liking your room?" you ask.

"It is wonderful. I could not have asked for more." She lifts her head up, and hangs it out for you to grab.

Confused, you take it. "Uh. Thanks?"

"I quite like when you are holding my parts. I noticed it when everybody was taking me apart."

You rest her head on your lap. "Sorry. This is not something I'm used to at all. And are you really all right with Delphi? I don't think she's really a bad person. Her power is just kinda... Well, she likes tying people up, and--"

"She ties people up?"

"Oh yeah. I guess you haven't seen that. These purple magic ribbons come out and she'll--"

"Do you think she would show me if I asked?"

"Definitely. That's why you shouldn't ask. Wait, why?"

"No reason. Apologies." Cyan light starts appearing in her cheeks.

Oh no. Not this. Of all people to be total freaks, how is the golem one? Maybe I'm just misunderstanding. That's gotta be it. I'm sure one girl in this house is normal. Maybe that catfolk Snow is just a kind, ordinary lady.

"So is there anything you do know about that mad mage, Alice?"
