Spartan number B-095 a.k.a Charlie has a background similar to all other spartans in the spartan III program. Weather it been she was a volunteer or a lucky orphan picked out by ONI operatives is all a blur. If you asked Charlie she'd more than likely scoff and tell you a general comment of however her past is actually a sad one.

What made Charlie different from the other spartans in 90 series was that Charlie wasnt anything like them infact whe most were under the age of 17 when they were enrolled. Charlie was already a 20 year old with at least three tours of active combat already under her belt. The reason she joined the program was suggested by under cover oni operatives who one she risked everything to save believing he was just another marine.
