Charlie wants to change something first...

"Tell me, Cassie," Charlie deflected the conversation and moved straight to bullying Cassie, "why do you have such a flat chest? We're the same age, no?"

Cassie blushed at this humiliating blow Charlie had resorted to. "Because God made me that way, I guess," Cassie nervously glanced down and rubbed the back of her neck, "Why, what's it matter to you?"

"Because I want a real woman serving me at the movies!" Charlie exclaimed, "And you're just a little movie girl, barely more than an usher boy! And yet you still dare to wear a bra, I take it?" Charlie's tone quickly became one of concern, "You are wearing a bra, right?"

After an uncomfortable moments-long silence, Cassie nodded your head.

"Unbutton your blouse," Charlie barked and Cassie unquestionably obeyed, exposing her flat chest and lacy black bra.

Before Cassie could say anything, Charlie reached across the bar, took out the popcorn scooper, and scooped popcorn out from the holder and started pouring it into the cups of Cassie's bra. The hot popcorn was greatly uncomfortable on Cassie's chest and almost started to burn, but lucky for her the butter hadn't been poured onto the popcorn yet so it wasn't completely scalding.

After a couple of scoopfuls Charlie was done and actually starting shaping the popcorn into the shape of C-cup breasts. Unfortunately, this meant that quite a few pieces of popcorn fell out of the bra and into the pockets of the blouse where it was tucked into Cassie's pants, leaving Cassie greatly uncomfortable as they continued sloshing around her abdomen.

Eventually Charlie was done and buttoned Cassie's blouse back up.

"There!" she said, admiring her handiwork, "Now you look like a full woman!"
