Charlie: Delinquent Teen Neighbor

My neighborhold is a bit of a well off suburban white picket fence type of neighborhood. Honestly its almost funny how picture esque its is sometimes. Lots of familes around with kinds who go to private schools. Dad's who work in offices and moms who stay at home.

One outlier in this is my neighbors the Harts. While the mom amd dad aren't anything unusual for the neighborhood their college aged daughter certainly is.

The rebellious goth babe, has been a huge embarrassment to the stereotypically ideal couple. Shes a major trouble maker and party girl. The other neighbors would gossip about her being evil or a slut because of her skimpy outfits (not that i ever complained). Plus rumors spread she dropped out of college to persue a music career.

Her parents are still supporting her but its clear its **** support. Because of this they gave her rules if she plans to stay with them. No **** or ****, no being partners home for sex, and if shes put pass midnight dont wake up anyone in the house.

Because of her life choices and her parents rules they dont get along well. I constantly overhear the screaming matches she has with her family. The other night i heard her mother threaten if she breaks even one more rule, she's out. Disowned and kicked to the uncaring streets.

I feel like i can use this to my advantage.
