Characters and Basics

There are 3 main races in the story, humans, keidran and basitin.

Keidran are basically just either canid or felid anthros. They're usually promiscuous/polygamous and aren't shy about nudity because of their fur.

Basitin are anthros that are a portrayed as cat and rabbit like in appearance. Their society is militaristic and they are usually prudish sex wise, at least publicly. They like on being covered well in public and insist on foot wraps, as not covering their feet considered nudity.

Usually the 3 races cannot reproduce with one another, but due to plot keidran and humans can now reproduce.

Raine: A socially awkward girl who was born from a powerful human mage and a snow wolf keidran who was able to shape shift into a human to father her. She is cursed with the ability to shift between a full human form, a half human half keidran form, and a full wolf keidran form. She was kept hidden by her mother and was sold into slavery for a short time before escaping and traveling with her friends Maren, Karen, Red, Sythe, and eventually Zen who was sent to kill them before joining the group.

Rose: Cousin of Raine's father, left to die at the gallows. Was saved and became the head servant of the manor years prior to the story.

Evals: Former slave along with his best friend Mike. Was kept subservient by magical collars that control their minds and suppress desire and thought.

Maren: Former tavern worker before leaving to search for her ex, Trace, with her friends.

Zen: Assassin sent to kill the group, turned friend. Forest wolf keidran, brother of Natani.
