Bio: The primordial Trickster God of West African Myth who is widely believed to be the "first" Spider-Man in history. Kwaku Anansi is an extra-dimensional entity who oversees the Web of Life and Destiny. He also operates as the patron deity of the Spider-Totems, who he sees as his scions after they inherited the power he bequeathed to achieve enlightenment. Anansi created this Edition of the Harem Hotel to combat against Mephistopheles' attempt to subvert his fate.

Mephistopheles

Species: Demon Lord

Age: ∞

Bio: Mephisto is an extra-dimensional demon who rules a fiery pocket dimension that he calls "Hell" or "Hades" although it is neither the Hell of the Christian religion nor the Hades ruled by Hades, the Olympian god of the dead. Mephisto calls his extra-dimensional realm "hell" in order to exploit Earth human beings' belief in a single being of absolute evil, who is often referred to as Satan, who rules such a realm. Mephisto resembles the traditional visual conception of the devil. (It is not known whether this is Mephisto's true appearance, or one that he has adopted in order to resemble the devil). He also allows himself to be called names that human beings give to their conceptions of devils, such as Mephisto, a shortened form of Mephistopheles, the name given to the devil in the Faust legends and of a possible fallen angel. Mephistopheles created this version of the Harem Hotel to ensure his subversion of his fated end.

E.D.I.T.H. (Even Dead I'm The Hero)

Species: Artificial Intelligence

Age: As old as the internet and as young as the show

Bio: Edith of Earth-199999 was an Artificial Intelligence hosted on a pair of glasses worn by Anthony Stark, Peter Parker, and Quentin Beck. The Directors pulled the Artificial Intelligence out of its glasses and housed it within the Avengers Tower. Edith is now the Host and guide for the Main Character and the Contestants.

Main Character

Peter Benjamin Parker (Spider-Man)-199999

Species: Mutated Homo Sapien

Age: 20 years old

Bio: Raised by Benjamin and May Parker, Peter Parker was bit by a radioactive spider and gained the powers of a spider relative to a human. After the tragedy of losing his uncle, he donned a mask to protect his city, which led to many significant events, eventually leading up to him becoming the Main Character of Harem Hotel: Spider-Harem.

Ava Ayala (White Tiger)-12042

Species: Homo Sapien

Age: 22 years old

Bio: Ava Ayala is from Earth-12042, a universe closely mimicking a show known as Ultimate Spider-Man. She spent her highschool years working for SHIELD on a young hero team which evolved into a hero training program. Her powers come from a green magical amulet, and now she has physical cat ears and tail to match her powers.

Transformations:

Nekomimi: Ava Ayala will gain white ears and tail of a cat.

Maybelle Parker née Reilly-1048

Species: Homo Sapien

Age: 56 years old

Bio: Maybelle Parker of Earth-1048, a world closely mimicking a game known as PS4 Spider-Man, is a kindly woman who raised her world's Peter Parker, and worked at FEAST, a homeless shelter. She was grabbed from her deathbed to join the show, and healed posthumously. She now resembles May Parker-199999 in looks.

Transformations:

Every Harem Needs A MILF: Maybelle Parker will gain MILFy proportions. She will also dress more provocatively, as any self respecting MILF would.

It's Hard To Believe She's Anyone's Aunt: As Anthony Stark-199999 said, May Parker was hot. Maybelle Parker will now have her exact looks and build.

Mary Jane Watson-6710

Species: Homo Sapien

Age: 23 years old

Bio: Mary Jane Watson is the typical MJ package; dated Peter Parker, knew his secret identity, on-off relationship. She was pulled from her universe to the show, and now she has spider powers to show, along with a randy desire for Peter Parker -199999

Transformations:

Spinneret Is The New Silk: In an alternate future for Earth-616 before said Earth's Spider-Man made a deal with Mephisto, Spider-Man made a high tech suit that gave MJ knockoff spider powers. Now, she'll have the full set of actual spider powers, at the cost of having Silk's "drawbacks."

Dr. Olivia Octavius (Doc Ock)-58292

Species: Homo Sapien

Age: 39 years old

Bio: Originally a scientist in bioengineering, a lab accident fused faulty UI to her body permanently. Originally, she was a villain on Earth-58292, now, with the memories of Otto Octavius-616, she seems to be turning a new leaf.

Transformations:

Blubber In All The Right Places: In most universes, it's Otto Octavius. In most universes, Otto Octavius is also a very fat individual. Olivia Octavius won't gain as much weight, but she'll gain a lot of weight in all the sexy places.

Superior Spider-Woman: On Earth-616, Otto Octavius nearly became a permanent antihero, before a deal with Mephistopheles undid his positive development. Olivia will now undergo the same development he had, and instead of tentacles, she will now have four mechanical spider legs connected to her spine.

Felicia Hardy (Black Cat)-199989

Species: Homo Sapien

Age: 25 years old

Bio: On Earth-199989, a world nearly identical to Earth-199999, Felicia was friends with Peter Parker, even knowing his secret identity. While he Blipped, she stayed alive, becoming five years older than him. A year after, she was brought to this show, where her future is yet to be decided.

Transformations:

Chaotic Good Is The Way: Felicia Hardy is commonly accepted as a chaotic neutral character, sometimes more chaotic evil, and sometimes more good. Now, she'll lean all the way into chaotic Good.

Anne Weying and Venom-6294

Species: Homo Sapien and Klyntari

Age: 28 and 5,000+

Bio: On Earth-6294, Venom found Anne instead of Eddie. After some time as the Lethal Protector, they were brought to this show.

Transformations:

Our Own Dylan: On Earth-616, Eddie Brock had a child with Anne Weying, who's name was Dylan Brock. Anne will now have the urge to have children with Peter.

Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow)-5373

Species: Mutated Homo Sapien

Age: 101 years old

Bio: Raised in the Red Room to be a KGB agent, Natasha escaped and became a spy for SHIELD. After many years of working for SHIELD and as an Avenger, Natasha was brought to this show, where she has a chance at a family.

Transformations:

Fertility Returned: Everyone knows the Red Room took out Natasha Romanoff's ovaries. Now, they'll be restored.

Emma Frost (White Queen)-3467

Species: Homo Superior

Age: 37 years old

Bio: The White Queen, a mutant of incredible telepathic power. Known for her cold demeanor matching her last name, she was brought to this show. Who knows if her cold mask will be broken through?

Transformations:

Silent Council: Emma Frost was once a member of the Silent Council of Krakoa. Now, she'll have a direct two way link with Peter's mind, where they'll both give the other solicited and unsolicited thoughts. {Anansi}

Mother: Emma Frost says that she stays "Mothering." Now, she'll have the lactating breasts to match.
