Chapter 3b: Vashanti Wins the Bet
Continued from chapter 2:
The week goes by, mistakes are made, and demerits are given to each other. Friday night arrives.
We go through the week, reviewing incidents, drinking our beers, and count up our demerits. The tension in the apartment is thick enough to choke on. The beers sit untouched on the table, sweating onto coasters as Vashanti stares at the tally sheet we created. She hasn't looked at me directly all evening, afraid that catching my eye might break her resolve or reveal just how much her hands are shaking.
She recounts her own errors with a grim, silent rhythm. The time she forgot to wipe the counter after breakfast. The moment she accidentally knocked over a stack of mail. Each mistake feels magnified, a heavy weight pressing down on her chest.
"Okay," she says, her voice tight, cutting through the oppressive silence. She finally lifts her gaze to meet mine, her amber eyes flashing with a mixture of defiance and dread. "Let's do the math. I'm not hiding from it”
I count mine—eight. I had eight demerits this week.
"Eight”, I say, looking at her. "I had eight demerits this week. How many did you have?""
Chapter 3b:
She hesitates for just a fraction of a second. The silence stretches between us like a charged wire, and I can feel my pulse quicken in my throat. Vashanti exhales slowly, steadying herself before the number comes out—flat, clipped, but with something raw underneath it.
"Seven," she says, watching my expression closely. It's close. Too close. A single demerit separates us, and that means she's about to win. The realization hits me with a flutter of butterflies in my stomach, though I refuse to let my emotions show.
"You had eight," She adds, her voice gaining strength, almost challenging. "That puts you in the lead. So unless I'm miscounting..." She drums her fingers on the table top. “Then I suppose you'll be the one facing the consequences tonight."
And then she relaxes, exhaling with relief as her face splits into a wide smile of delight and triumph.
Vashanti's smile is bright, triumphant—but it fades quickly as the gravity of the situation settles over her. She's won. But winning means she gets to enforce the punishment. The thought of feminizing him, bending him over her knee, of being the one to strip him bare and deliver the sting of a spanking—it's exhilarating, but also deeply unsettling. She shifts uncomfortably, her fingers drumming against the edge of the table. The power dynamic is shifting in a way she hadn't anticipated. She wanted to prove she could survive this wager, but now she's faced with something far more complicated, something that tests not just her resilience, but her self-control.
"Are you sure about this?" Vashanti asks, her voice quieter now, almost hesitant. "Because I don't want to do something you’ll regret later."
The question hangs between us, heavy and pointed. I feel the heat rising in my cheeks, a flush that has nothing to do with the beer. I look down at my glass, tracing the condensation with my fingertip, unable to meet her gaze for a moment.
“Would you have spanked me, if I had lost?” She asks, interrupting my pity party.
"If I had lost..." I start, my voice low, almost a whisper. I pause, weighing the honesty of my answer. Pride tells me to lie, to say I wouldn't have dreamed of it. But the wager is built on truth and consequence. "Yes”, is all I can say. “Yes, Vashanti, I would have spanked you…”
“Well then, be a man, Ero. You made a promise”, Vashanti smiles gently. “I get to feminize and spank you. That was the deal. If I failed to be a good roommate, I would accept the penalty. I don't back down from my commitments, Eros Apostasia, and neither should you"
I sigh, surrendering to her logic. “You’re right Vashanti, you’ve got me over a barrel here, literally.”
I smile. “Okay, let’s do this. There's always next week. I'll be a better roommate, I promise, and maybe next week, when the demerits are counted, I'll get to dress you up and spank you.”
I stand up and walk to stand in front of her.
"Okay, Vashanti," I say. "Here I am. This is happening, isn't it? You're really going to spank my bottom, aren't you?"
Vashanti watches me stand, her eyes tracking my movement until I'm towering over her. My casual tone, the way I acknowledge the inevitability of it, makes her blood hum. I'm not recoiling; I'm leaning into it. I'm presenting myself to her, submitting to the outcome of the game we both agreed to play.
She stands up slowly, mirroring my height as best she can, though she knows she is shorter. The triumph she felt moments ago has transformed into a heady, electric tension. This is no longer about housework or budgets; it's about the sheer audacity of the situation.
"You asked for this," Vashanti says, her voice surprisingly firm despite the flutter in her chest.
I nod. "I did. Are you really going to... dress me up... feminize me first... before you spank me?"
Vashanti feels a surge of confidence at my question, a predatory glint entering her amber eyes. She moves around the table, closing the distance between us until she is standing squarely in front of me. She reaches out, her manicured finger tracing the line of my jaw—a gesture that is both delicate and commanding.
She lets out a short, breathless laugh, her confidence wavering just enough to betray her nerves. She reaches out again, her fingers brushing against the sleeve of my shirt as if to ground herself in reality. The absurdity of the scenario is overwhelming, yet the thrill of it is undeniable.
"Unless you've changed your mind," Vashanti challenges, her amber eyes locking onto mine. She moves a step closer, invading my personal space with a boldness born of pure adrenaline. "You agreed to the terms. You said you'd be a better roommate, but you also said you'd accept the consequences. So yes. I am going to pick out an outfit that is decidedly non-masculine. And then..."
She trails off, her gaze dropping momentarily to my waist before snapping back up to my eyes. Her voice drops to a conspiratorial murmur.
"Yes. That was the deal," Vashanti says, smiling. "You failed to be the perfect roommate, so now you belong to my whims for the evening. First, I get to pick your ensemble. I have a few ideas involving lace, silk, and perhaps something delightfully impractical. Once you've been sufficiently 'prepared,' then we move on to the main event."
A slow, wicked smirk spreads across her lips as she realizes she has the upper hand. The uncertainty that usually haunts her is replaced by a sharp, focused intent. She enjoys the feeling of being the architect of someone else's discomfort, especially when that person is as composed as he is.
"Delightfully impractical," Vashanti repeats, tasting the words. She turns toward the hallway leading to my bedroom, gesturing for me to follow. "Don't look so apprehensive. Think of it as... character building. Or perhaps just a lesson in humility."
As she walks, she's already mentally sorting through the possibilities. She wants something that contrasts sharply with his usual demeanor—perhaps a slip of pale pink silk, or a skirt that sits far too high on the hip. Something that will make every movement feel deliberate and exposed.
A slow, wicked grin spreads across her face as she sees the flicker of uncertainty in my eyes. She realizes she actually enjoys this—the sudden shift in power, the ability to dictate terms to someone who usually carries themselves with such ease. It's intoxicating.
"Don't look so worried," Vashanti teases, her voice dripping with mock sympathy as she walks past me toward the hallway, heading toward her room where she keeps her more adventurous wardrobe. She stops at the doorway, glancing back over her shoulder with a wink.
"Actually, since we're sharing a space now, I think I'll borrow some things from my collection. Something lacy, something tight... something that will make you feel every bit as ridiculous as you deserve to feel," she says, her eyes dancing with mischief.
She pauses, letting the anticipation build.
"Go wait in your room," Vashanti says.
