Chapter 16: Preludio a la Noche

After the fantastic meal, Cloud and the Duke wandered the upper deck for a while as the sun slipped below the horizon. Other people kept glancing their way with knowing looks and subtle smiles, but Cloud didn't notice.

At the Duke's suggestion they even stopped and had a photograph taken of themselves.

Although Cloud wasn't enthusiastic about it at first, the relaxing day (he was deliberately forgetting about that morning) had put him in a happy mood so he even managed to crack a small smile for the picture.

After that, the two of them wandered back to their cabin together. However, the Duke took Cloud to a new cabin, causing Cloud to look at him in confusion.

The Duke chuckled at the look on Cloud's face, and said, "Of course I had to upgrade our room since we will be sleeping together now, my dear Cloud."

Cloud froze, his cute face changing from confusion to shock, one of his top's straps slipping off his shoulder.

The Duke laughed and gently, yet firmly ushered Cloud into the room with a strong hand on his lower back, closing the door behind him.

Cloud managed to recover from the shock enough to fix his slipping strap and survey the room. It was way bigger than his old room, with a huge bed and plenty of room for activities...

The bathroom was also large, with a shower and a tub, but there was also a balcony with a hot tub!

As nice as it was, Cloud could not help but think of what the Duke's motives were for sharing a bedroom! Their interactions had become increasingly more intimate, and Cloud was not sure he wanted it to go any further! Even though he had been secretly enjoying certain parts...

Cloud was snapped out of his thoughts when the Duke tossed him some clothing with a smile.

"It's a perfect evening for relaxing in the hot tub, isn't it my dear Cloud? The Duke asked with a smile.

Cloud blushed, in part from the Duke's hot gaze, and in part from seeing what he was expected to wear! But after a while, Cloud sighed. The contract was signed. He had ****.

With a sassy "Hmpf" and sticking his tongue out at the Duke, Cloud spun around and went to the bathroom, not wanting to give the perverted Duke the satisfaction of watching him change.

The Duke only chuckled, his passionate gaze following Cloud's slender, feminine body as he went.

In the bathroom, Cloud undressed so he could get ready for the hot tub. He was a little excited, he could not deny, but NOT about sharing it with the Duke! He was excited about the hot tub alone! It was a nice cool evening and that would make it perfect for relaxing.

However, once Cloud was putting on the outfit the Duke had given him, he grew hesitant, looking at himself in the mirror with very mixed feelings.

Wasn't this outfit a little... too much? Cloud fidgeted for a moment, unsure, nervous, ashamed, yet strangely he was also wondering what the Duke's face would look like when he walked out dressed like this...

Biting his lip, Cloud decided. He gathered his courage and stepped out, heading to the balcony.

Hearing Cloud's light, shy footsteps approaching, the Duke, who was already sitting in the hot tub, looked up.

Cloud blushed, a warm feeling blooming in his stomach when he saw the Duke's face light up as if he had seen a delightful treasure.

And indeed, the Duke was very excited and happy to see his cute and lovely Cloud all dressed for some hot tub fun!
