Chapter 1 1

Last time on Stuck on Another World

Zoom pulled out an EMP at his pockets and began to set it up then placed it near the control panel.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." J'onn began.

"You can't lock up the darkness." Zoom said as he activated the EMP and the whole National City blacked out.

J'onn quickly read Zoom's mind and realized what he was trying to do. J'onn phased into the cell and destroyed the EMP immediately and phased back out.

"Too late, Martian. Gotta run." Zoom said as he phased out of the cell and ran out the DEO.

Before Zoom

Kara and Clark went to Earth-1 to talk to Alex. The two searched for her and saw her in a club, drinking away her sorrows.

Kara came up to Alex and said, "Hey Alex," with a regretful face.

"What do you want, Kara? Just go back to Barry." Alex said to her, aggressively while downing her beer.

"I came to say sorry for what I said, I'm sorry you and Maggie broke up." Kara apologized while sitting next to Alex.

Alex didn't reply to her, she just continued to ignore Kara and drank her beer.

"If it's any comfort to you, Alex, Barry broke up with me because of what you said, he thinks he's no good for me now." Kara informed her sister.

"What? You're blaming me?" Alex questioned aggressively while drinking her beer.

"No, I'm not. I'm just letting you know that he doubts himself now, he thinks he's a bad person because of what he did to me." Kara continued, "And now he won't listen to me…" Kara trailed off, sadly.

"I'm sorry, I was a bad sister, then and now. I was just trying to protect you from the world and myself from the very start." Alex said while beginning to cry.

"It's okay, Alex. I forgive you." Kara began, "I just-I just don't think I'll be able to win him back that's all, because Barry thinks you hate him." Kara mentioned offhandedly.

"I-I didn't mean what I said, I was-am emotionally unstable, tell him that." Alex said while calming down.

"I will, if you help me talk to him, like I said, he won't listen to me." Kara admitted with a frown.

"Where is he now?" Alex said while getting up.

"STAR Labs." Kara said with a frown.

STAR Labs

Kara, Alex, and Clark arrived at STAR Labs, only to find Caitlin alone in the Cortex.

"Oh, hey Kara...Alex." Caitlin smiled at Kara and just shook her head in disapproval at Alex.

"Where is Barry? Did he come here?" Clark asked her.

"I found him in here crying earlier, and he was questioning himself, he thought he was a bad person because of Alex." Caitlin mentioned, bitterly.

"I didn't mean that, I'm sorry." Alex apologized.

"Tell that to Barry, if you see him." Caitlin began, "He just went through a breach, he could be anywhere now, if you're lucky maybe the breach took him back to National City by chance." Caitlin mentioned to them.

"What did he say to you?" Kara asked her.

"Barry said that he broke things off with you, because you deserve better, Kara." Caitlin said with a frown.

"What did you say to him?" Kara asked, curious.

"I reminded him of everything good that he's done, for me and Cisco and I told him maybe it's time for him to find somebody new to be crazy about." Caitlin said to Kara, honestly.

Kara's face turned to sadness at the thought of Barry moving on and loving someone else other than her.

Caitlin went over to the computer and began typing and said, "I put a tracker on him when he hugged me, so I would know where he went."

"He hugged you?" Kara asked, jealous because Barry is **** right now.

"Yeah, he hugged me after he thanked me for comforting him, like I said, he was really distraught." Caitlin told Kara.

"We will check back on our Earth, thank you Caitlin." Alex said, grabbing one of the extrapolators that is lying on the table.

"Well, you're in luck because that's exactly where he is." Caitlin mentioned, before they were about to leave…

"We need to go, thank you again, Caitlin." Kara said before pressing the extrapolator and jumping through the breach.

Earth-38 ~ Central City

Barry was in Earth-38's Central City. He was sitting on the rooftop of a Central City high rise, just brooding to himself, and thinking about how much he had wished he had died on Mars when the Dominators were about to be experimenting on him. He didn't say a word to anyone and he just sat there staring at the view of the night sky…

"Hey Barry." Barry heard Kara's voice. But he didn't turn around, he just pretended like she wasn't there.

"Barry, please, look at me." Kara begged him, so Barry turned around and he saw Kara standing there with Alex and Clark.

Barry said nothing as he looked at them and then he looked at Alex, but his face spoke volumes as you could see how depressed he was, as heavy tears began to stream down his face and he frowned at Kara's sister…He looked like he wanted to commit suicide but he refused to do so.

"What do you want? Just leave me alone." Barry said weakly to them, sounding like he just lost everything and then turning his gaze back to the city.

Kara motioned for Alex to say something…

"I want to apologize for the things that I said. I was wrong, Barry. You are a good person." Alex apologized to him.

Barry just shook his head and jumped up onto the ledge of the building…

Clark got ready in case Barry decided to jump and commit suicide.

A blue streak roamed the streets of Central City…He saw Barry standing on the ledge and quickly ran up and grabbed him, it looked like Barry fell.

"BARRY!" Kara cried out in despair, "He's-He's gone…" Kara said, in distress.

"Not really." A demonic voice said from behind them as he grabbed Barry by the neck.

"Go ahead, Zoom." Barry said, bitterly, "DO IT!" he yelled at him.

"And how can I break your spirit and heart if you're already dead!?" Zoom asked him pointedly.

Barry just shook his head, and vibrated his hand through his heart, and through Zoom's heart killing the demonic speedster and bringing Barry to unconsciousness.

"NO! BARRY!" Kara screamed in horror, seeing Barry twice die in an hour broke her.

But Barry somehow managed to survive it, however, life clung to him like a disease and he woke up spitting out, blood, while weakly saying, "Doctor…" To all three of them.

Kara and Clark asked Alex if there was a DEO building in Central City and she said yes. The two Kryptonians took Barry to the DEO building while using their superspeed and bringing Barry to Medbay while Alex guided them.

Barry's heart began to heal because of his powers but he still needed a new heart. He needed a human heart because that's what he was, a "META-HUMAN."

"I'll be the donor." Alex volunteered, "This is my mistake, in which I'll be the one to fix it."

"Goodbye, Alex." Kara said somberly, "I love you."

"No, I don't approve, Agent Danvers." J'onn said to her.

"He needs a human heart." Kara began, "Who else will be the donor?"

A doctor came up to them and said, "Mr. Allen needs a certain type of heart in which neither of you are compatible, he needs a heart that is exactly like his."

"Livewire and Silver Banshee are Metahumans like Barry." Kara mentioned.

"No." Barry said, weakly from the bed.

"You're not dying on me, Barry." Kara refused to let him.

"I have nothing left, Kara. It's fine." Barry said with a sad smile.

Kara shook her head and quietly told them to give Barry, Livewire's heart. She needed him.

"We can't give him any incapacitating agent during the surgery. Are you sure about this decision?" The doctor asked Kara.

"Yes, I want him to live." Kara said quietly.

"Kara, are you sure that you want to give another life for Barry?" Clark asked her.

"If he doesn't live then I'm leaving this Earth and I'm never coming back." Kara said bitterly.

"What happened to you? Why are you so... bitter?" J'onn asked.

"I love him, and I'd do anything for him." Kara replied honestly.

Charles flew in and immediately went to his princess-queen.

"I just heard the news, my Queen. I'll do anything for you two, just ask." Charles said to her.

"Barry needs a meta-human heart, Charles." Kara began, "We need a donor."

"What about the man in black, isn't he a metahuman?" Charles asked.

"Let's see if his heart is still salvageable." The Doctor told them.

They opened up Zoom's body and saw that his heart was surprisingly still intact, it just stopped. There's no hole in it, like Barry's.

"Is it compatible?" Kara asked the doctors.

"Yes, it is." They replied.

"Can you begin the surgery immediately?" Alex asked, "I can help." She mentioned.

"Yes," They replied getting ready to prepare for surgery.

They safely removed Zoom's heart and proceeded in removing Barry's heart. They placed Zoom's heart where Barry's used to be and closed him up and prayed for the best…

Barry slowly woke up in the Medbay of the DEO and he tried to vibrate his hand but he couldn't…

"The Blur lives." Winn said with a smile, not knowing about his lack of speed.

Barry looked at Alex and Kara, and said, "I'm sorry." he apologized simply.

"Don't scare me like that again." Kara said while playfully hitting his arm.

"I'm just an ordinary human being, now, Kara." Barry began, "Like Alex is." He said regretfully.

"What do you mean?" Kara asked, confused.

"I mean just that… I'm just normal and boring Barry Allen now, I am not The Flash anymore." Barry said with a sad smile, "I can't vibrate my hand anymore." he told them.

"No more heroics?" Winn asked him, sad about the situation.

"No, not unless there's a third Particle Accelerator explosion in Central City." Barry said offhandedly.

"You can always let Oliver train you." Kara said to him.

"I can't be with you, Kara." Barry began, "Because I can't do my superhero job with you anymore. And if you continue to do so, you'll just endanger me…" Barry trailed off sadly.

"Why? There has to be another way, I didn't just get you back, for me to lose you again." Kara said to him while crying.

"I could get Harry from Earth-2 and have him cause another Particle Accelerator explosion but there's no guarantee that I will survive it again." Barry said sadly.

"What if I quit being Supergirl?" Kara suggested to him.

"Do you remember what I said when I had to go back, the first time I got here?" Barry asked her.

"Barry, I just got done telling them that if I lost you, I'd leave this planet and never come back." Kara said to him.

"What about Alex? What about Eliza? What about Winn and James? What about Cat? What about National City? They need you." Barry said to her.

Kara slowly walked away from Barry and went to an alien bar to drown her sorrows.

"I'm sorry about earlier." Alex apologized to him.

"M-Maybe it's better this way," Barry began, "I did love Kara, I won't deny that but I did treat her like a whore and I made her call me Daddy…" Barry trailed off, sadly.

"You're a good man, Barry. I was wrong." Alex interrupted him, feeling responsible for causing all of this.

The Alien Bar

Kara ordered a club soda and she sat at one of the stools beside a man in a hood over his face.

Kara just buried her face into her hands and quietly began to sob and cry.

"What's wrong? Boyfriend left you?" The man asked.

"My boyfriend can't be with me because of my job and he decided to call it quits." Kara mentioned bitterly.

"That's his fault, you know. Don't cry over his loss." The man began, "The name's Barry, Barry Allen." He offered his hand out.

"That was my boyfriend's name. He used to be a superhero on another Earth." Kara told Earth-38 Barry.

"The theory of the Multiverse is real? Well, sorry for bringing up bad memories with this charming face." He joked with a smile.

"What do you do, Barry?" Kara asked him while giggling.

"A normal and boring CSI by day and Arsenal by night." He said with a smile.

"You're a superhero too?" Kara asked him, incredulously.

"Yes I am." Barry told her honestly, "You're not going to tell anyone are you?" he asked her.

"Of course not, can I tell you a secret also?" Kara asked him.

"Is it about your Multiverse Ex-Boyfriend?" Barry asked her.

"Kinda, I am Supergirl." Kara whispered in his ear.

"So, you're the one I see in National City's newspaper every day." Barry whispered back.

"Yeah and what are the odds of two superheroes having a drink together in the same bar while one of them looks like my ex-boyfriend." Kara joked, forgetting about Barry for a second.

"That doesn't bother you, does it?" He asked Kara.

"Of course not, Barry. Although it still feels weird to call you that." She said with a laugh.

"You can call me Bartholomew, if you want to." Barry began, "But only you can call me that." Bartholomew told her.

"Oh really, Scarlet Archer?" Kara teased him.

"I'm glad I'm able to help you get over my doppelganger." Bartholomew told Kara, seriously.

"Yeah, me too." Kara said with a smile.

"Say, do you want to go to dinner tomorrow night?" Bartholomew asked her.

"I'd love to," Kara began, "At 7:00 or 8:00?" she asked Bartholomew.

"7:00, I still need to patrol the streets with Ollie at 8:00." Bartholomew said.

"See you then." Kara began before kissing Barry's doppelganger on the cheek.

DEO

Kara walked inside the DEO with a smile on her face, forgetting about the situation.

Barry got out his extrapolator and jumped back into a Breach portal, not caring about where he's going.

"Where's Barry? Did he already leave?" Kara asked Alex.

"Yeah," Alex began solemnly, "But he did leave this note for you." Alex said handing her it.

Kara opened the note Barry gave her and read it.

"Dear Kara,

Words cannot express how sorry I am for breaking your heart, I know I'm not a bad person because Alex told me so, but I can't take you away from your friends and family either, I'm not selfish. I'm selfless. Perhaps a bit too much. But this is what's best for you, and Alex and the rest of your family. I'm sorry for treating you like a whore in the bedroom and making you call me Daddy.

Your Former Scarlet Speedster, Barry."

Tears streamed down Kara's cheeks as she read his note.

Earth-6

Barry Allen, the former Scarlet Speedster was just wandering around this city that looked like National City, not caring about where he was going but not bumping into people either, he just wanted to get lost.

"Hey, stop the bus. Stop the bus." A blonde girl screamed as she ran after the bus.

Barry did a double take-That blonde girl looked like Kara Danvers, she was her doppelganger.

Barry did the right thing and risked himself getting hit by a bus and stepped right in front of it, stopping it in the process.

Barry got away from the front of the bus and gestured for Kara's doppelganger to get on.

"Thank you, sir but you didn't need to risk yourself for just a bus ride for me." Kara said with a chuckle.

"I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, I'm just trying to make-up for them." Barry said with a smile.

"What's your name? I'm not a creep, I promise. Just asking your name, which you don't need to tell me if you don't want to." Kara babbled.

"Well, let's get on the bus first and then we'll talk about it, although I don't have a bus pass." Barry told Kara.

"I have two and because my friend, Winn, didn't go with me, I can give you the other one." Kara said while giving the bus pass to Barry.

"After you, ma'am." Barry told Kara.

"What a gentleman." Kara said with a smile as she entered the bus.

Barry followed Kara, and sat down beside her.

"My name is Barry Allen and I'm the faste-" Barry stopped himself, reminded of his lack of powers.

"You're Barry Allen and you're what? Go on, finish your sentence." Kara told Barry urging him on.

"Tell me your name first." Barry said, changing the topic.

"My name is Kara Danvers. And I'm just an executive assistant." Kara told Barry.

"Kara…" Barry began, "You're not believe me when I tell you, this…" he trailed off.

The bus crashed into another car and it flipped midair.

Barry got up and looked for Kara, dazed and disoriented. "K-Kara? Where are you!?" he asked frantically.

"I'm here." Kara groaned as she got up, weakly.

Barry went over to Kara and checked to see if she was alright while asking, "Anything broken?" he asked concerned.

"No, what about the others? Are there any survivors?" Kara asked, ever the hero.

Barry went over to check out the bus driver and said, "The bus driver's dead." he replied, grimly.

"We need to call an ambulance so that they can get the others in the hospital." Kara told Barry.

Barry looked into his pockets for a phone and he pulled out a damaged iPhone…

"Stay here, Kara." Barry ordered, "I'll get help," he said while dropping the broken iPhone.

Kara nodded her head while checking another person's pulse.

Barry ran out into the street waving his arms while shouting, "WE NEED HELP!" to anybody that would listen and care.

A blonde haired man came up to him and asked, "Detective Eddie Thawne, what do you need?"

"My iPhone is broken and I just survived an accident, we need to get an ambulance out here right away." Barry said frantically.

"We have 10-15, I need an ambulance and tow truck at Affleck and Kilmer." Eddie said to his radio.

"Thank you sir." Barry said to Eddie after he was done.

Barry ran back to Kara and saw her helping the other survivors get up and checking if they have any injuries.

"Kara," Barry began, "I just got a Detective to radio an ambulance and a tow truck." Barry told her.

"Thanks but can you wait for them yourself? I have a very scared cousin to get home to." Kara said to Barry.

"Okay," Barry began, "I wish I could give you my contact information, just in case you ever wanted to see me again, but unfortunately my phone broke." Barry said sadly.

"How about this," Kara wrote her number on a dollar, "If I give you this dollar, you get my number but there's a catch, I'm going to spend it right now."

"I-How about this?" Barry began, "How about we meet in a public place for a coffee at a later date and you tell when and where?" he suggested.

"Sure but are you asking me on a date in the middle of an accident? Which is kinda sweet but also kinda disturbing." Kara babbled.

"Well, I-" Barry began, "It's a big city and I'd like to get to know you better, but if you don't want to, that's fine." Barry said while beginning to walk away slowly.

"Wait, I never did say no to that coffee did I? Where do you want us to meet and what time?" Kara asked.

"Well, to be perfectly honest, I'm-I'm new to this city and I'm a drifter so I don't even know where I am or neither do I have a place here in this city to crash for the night…" Barry trailed off, sadly.

"I'm sorry, if you hadn't met me, you wouldn't have gotten into an accident." Kara said while looking down.

"It's okay, Kara." Barry began, "I don't blame you but I need to know where the nearest homeless shelter is, because I need to stay there until I get back on my feet." Barry said offhandedly.

Kara thought for a moment and got an idea...

"What if you stayed with me and my younger cousin? He gets lonely sometimes, I'm sure he will be ecstatic to know you." Kara offered to Barry.

"Is that alright?" Barry began, "I mean you don't know me yet, very well, and I'd hate for your relatives to question why you're doing this, Kara." Barry said with a sad smile.

"Well, I guess I just trust you." Kara shrugged before they heard the sound of ambulance nearing their location.

Barry pulled out a piece of paper from his wallet and a pen and said, "Write it down, and I'll do my best to find you." he told Kara with a grateful smile.

"Or I can just wait for you, I just called my cousin and comforted him." Kara said to him.

"Okay," Barry agreed, and they stood there and waited for the ambulance together.

Earth-38

Meanwhile, Kara is getting ready for her dinner with Barry.

There was a knock on the door…

"Coming." Kara said while running to the door and opening it.

There was Alex, and her sister asked her, "Do you need any help getting ready?"

"You're not mad that I'm moving on?" Kara asked her sister, cautiously.

"No," Alex began, "It was wrong for me to do what I did, I realize that now, I just wanted the best for you, Kara." Alex explained her motives.

"Well, because of that, the Best just upped and left me." Kara said to Alex, tearing up.

"You know, Kara...Your cousin told me about Gold Kryptonite, enough exposure to it would cause a superhero like you to lose your powers and become an ordinary human like me and Barry." Alex continued, "Have you ever thought about giving up your powers and just living a normal life?" Alex asked seriously.

"But he told me that he doesn't want me to abandon this life and," Kara took a deep breath, "Yes, I thought about it and I like-love the thought of somebody loving me for who I am, not treating me like a piece of glass, not scared of me and my powers, like-like… what Barry did to me." Kara finished, sadly.

"I'm sorry Kara," Alex began, "I know I violated your personal boundaries by reading Barry's letter but I couldn't help myself, I wanted to know his reasons for leaving you…" Alex explained trailing off.

"He made me feel that a Kryptonian, like me, could really have it all but I guess… I don't get to do that." Kara commented sadly.

.

"Kara...I've heard you say over and over, that you're doing what Barry would've wanted, but what about what you want?" Alex asked her.

"I want Barry." Kara said while looking at her sister's eyes, teary eyed.

"Did you...really enjoy what Barry did to you in the bedroom?" Alex asked, curiously, "Because I was worried about him abusing you, that's why I did what I did." Alex explained.

"I-I enjoyed it… but I guess every good thing must come to an end." Kara commented while staring at the city.

"You know, Kara." Alex began, "I think I understand why Barry decided to leave you, he doesn't want to be selfish like he said in that letter, but maybe he wants you to be selfish, for him…" Alex trailed off in thought.

"For him what?" Kara asked her.

"M-Maybe he wants you to take the decision out of his hands. Have you ever seen that movie "Spider-Man 2" ? Because if not, I'll explain it to you." Alex said.

"Yes, I know about it but how does it connect to my problem?" Kara asked her sister.

"Well, at the end of the movie," Alex began, "Peter told Mary Jane that he couldn't risk her life because he was Spider-Man, and MJ decided to throw herself in harm's way, anyway. She decided that it wasn't Peter's place to decide whether or not, he should be with her." Alex continued, "She decided to be selfish." Alex explained simply to Kara.

"How can I do that when I don't even know what Earth he landed on?" Kara pointed out to her sister.

"Do you remember Caitlin saying that she put a tracker on Barry?" Alex recounted.

"Yeah, can we use that?" Kara asked hopeful.

"I already asked Caitlin about it, she tracked Barry to a place called, Earth-6...But Kara, since there's a doppelganger of Barry here, on this Earth, then there must be a doppelganger of you there on Earth-6 as well. Hopefully…" Alex trailed off.

"Are you saying that I should move on with Bartholomew?" Kara asked her.

"No, not at all." Alex began, "I'm saying that if Barry meets a doppelganger of you on Earth-6 and he begins to like her…" Alex trailed off again.

Kara didn't say anything, her heart clenched at the thought of Barry loving someone else other than her.

"The ball is in your court, Kara." Alex began, "Do you want to be selfish or selfless?" she asked her adoptive sister, seriously.

"I choose…" Kara trailed off, "...To be selfish, Alex."

"If we do this," Alex began, "Then we do it, all the way. Nothing half-ass, if you want Barry then you need to fight for him." Alex ordered Kara.

"But what if he already fell in love with my doppelganger?" Kara asked her.

"Well, since I'm so good at guilt-tripping, Barry…" Alex said trailing off.

"Alex, no. He doesn't need anymore of that." Kara said while shaking her head.

"Well, like I said before, you just need to get Barry to listen to you and tell him how you feel and hope for the best." Alex continued, "Because even if we fail, what better way is there to live?" Alex said, not knowing that she quoted Gwen Stacy from The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

A knock from the door interrupted the sister's moment.

"Coming." Kara said before opening the door.

"Hi," Bartholomew began, "You look pretty." he complimented Kara.

"I'm sorry, Bartholomew, but I have to go." Kara said while quoting Barry's go-to line.

"Where? I'll go with you." Bartholomew offered.

"Well, I am going to find Barry and tell him, how I feel and hope for the best, because for the first time in my life, I want to be selfish, I want to be happy." Kara continued, "Am I not allowed to have what I want, Bartholomew?" Kara asked him in a light manner, because she was beginning to get emotional.

"I'm coming." Bartholomew began, "Even if you don't return my feelings, I will still be with you." He finished while caressing her tear-stained cheeks.

"Thank you," Kara began, "We need to get to Earth-6." Kara said with determination.

"Already way ahead of you," Alex said before tossing two objects, a extrapolator and a box.

"What's this?" Kara asked motioning towards the box.

"Clark wanted to give it to you, open it if you want but once you open it, there's no going back." Alex said, vaguely.

"I'll open it later, Alex." Kara began, "Right now, I need to find Barry." she said while pressing the extrapolator button.

The three jumped through the breach to Earth-6.

Earth-6

Barry is with Kara, walking down the street. Kara is showing him the sights in National City and he can't help but stare at her beautiful face.

"Kara," Barry began, "I want to tell you more about myself but I'm not sure where to begin, and I'm not sure if you're going to like what you hear." Barry told her, seriously.

"Nothing is going to change my mind, Barry." Kara said to him and thought, 'He's cute.'

"Well, the truth is...I used to be a superhero, on another Earth," Barry began testing the waters.

"Well, let's not discuss that in public, I wanna know more about this Barry Allen, not the past Barry Allen. They're the same but in my mind they are completely different persons. Does your mind do that too?" Kara babbled a bit more.

"Okay, but I have to warn you, the reason why I'm beginning to like you so much is because...you remind me of someone." Barry said vaguely.

"Is that someone me? I mean the other me which is still me but also different. And I'm gonna stop babbling in 3...2...1." Kara said to him.

"You're not the first person I've met who's name is Kara." Barry said forthcomingly, "It's like-your her double but completely different personality-wise."

"Are you-Do you have a relationship with me-I mean my doppelganger?" Kara asked him.

"Had, had is in past-tense." Barry began, "It didn't work out between us." Barry said sadly.

"Why? Is it because she's a Kryptonian too?" Kara asked him.

"No," Barry began, "It's because I didn't want to get in the way of her job, which is to protect people. You see I wasn't being selfish, I was being selfless." Barry mentioned.

"You really love her, don't you? You're willing to sacrifice your happiness for her." Kara said to him, she thought, 'He's so sweet and handsome.'

"I-" Barry began while getting choked up, "I couldn't stand in the way of her saving people and her being with her family." Barry said while beginning to cry and he hid his face from Kara's doppelganger.

Kara lifted his face and said, "It's okay, everything will be fine. Kal and I will help you move on and get you settled in this Earth." Kara comforted with a smile.

"It just seems like everytime something good comes into my life...It gets taken away from me." Barry said softly.

"Because you let them get taken away but what you will learn here, in our Earth, is to fight for them, and to never repeat that same mistake." Kara said to him before continuing, "We're here." Standing in front of a door.

All of a sudden, a breach opened up and Kara, Alex and Bartholomew stepped out of it. They landed about five feet away from where Barry was, with Earth-6's Kara.

"Kara? Is that my new daddy?" Kal asked excitedly while running towards Earth-6 Kara and hugging her.

Earth-38 Kara walked over towards Earth-1 Barry and Earth-6 Kara and called out his name, "Barry." she said.

The three turned their heads to see where the voice came from and they saw Kara, Alex and Barry's doppelganger standing there.

"Kara?" Barry began, "Is that you?" he asked her, curiously, "Why did you follow me here?" Barry asked her.

"Because I've chosen to be selfish and I chose you." Kara said to him.

"No, go back to Earth-38. You have my doppelganger, be happy with him. I'm happy here and now." Barry said to her with a deadpan face.

"Barry," Alex began, "Do you really wanna do this?" she asked him, "Do you wanna throw everything you've had with my sister because of what I did?" she asked seriously.

"Yes." Barry lied through his teeth.

"Why?" Alex asked, "Why do you get to choose how Kara lives her life, why won't you fight to be with her?" she asked him.

"I fought for her, Alex! Every single fucking time! And I fought for us to be together but it just never works, I didn't do this for myself, I did this for her! Her!" Barry exclaimed in annoyance.

"Well, she doesn't want you to do this for her, Barry. She wants you, and if you can't see that then you're a bigger idiot than I thought you were." Alex commented, bitterly.

"Well, then, yes, I am an idiot!" Barry said, equal parts, dismissively and bitterly, before continuing to walk with Earth-6 Kara and Kal.

"We are what we choose to be, and you chose poorly, you're just making the biggest mistake of your life." Alex commented.

Barry just ignored Alex and continued to walk away.

"Why are you doing this? Does Kara's feelings for you, not matter anymore? Don't you give a damn about her!?" Bartholomew asked Barry pointedly.

"W-what? W-what did you say!?" Barry asked himself, incredulously while turning around at the same time.

"You heard me, I said you don't care about Kara because you're hiding behind this "selfless" bull shit." Bartholomew told Barry, bitterly.

"But I don't deserve her, I'm a useless piece of junk, who she will worry about if another villain comes out of the woodwork." Barry told himself.

"Are you stupid or something?" Bartholomew asked pointedly, "What part of Kara wants to be selfish and quit being a superhero, did you not understand!? " he asked himself.

"B-but th-that isn't right," Barry gave a very weak and pitiful reason to his doppelganger.

"Well, I know that you're fucking denying yourself a normal, ordinary life with Kara because you think it's the right thing to do, but you don't get to decide what the right thing is!" Bartholomew yelled at himself, getting angry at the former Scarlet Speedster for hurting Kara.

Barry decided to meet them halfway and make a compromise…

"If I agree to go back with you three," Barry began, "Will you truly be able to ignore people's cries for help, Kara? Just for me?" Barry asked her incredulously.

"I-I-I…" Kara said, taken aback by the question.

"It's a simple yes or no, question, Kara." Barry asked her pointedly.

Kara stayed silent for a minute and Barry began to walk away, when suddenly…

"YES!" Kara yelled out, surprising herself.

Barry turned around and walked back towards Kara and said, "Really?" Barry began, "Is it worth it? Am I worth THAT much to you?" Barry asked her taken aback.

"Yes, I love you. You are the most precious thing and person for me." Earth-38 Kara said to him before kissing him.

After they finished kissing one another, Barry turned back to Earth-6 Kara, and said, "I'm sorry, but I have to go." he told her with regret.

"It's fine, we managed before you came and we just met you, so don't worry." Earth-6 Kara said to him, sadly. She really can see herself dating the man she met.

"I can stay." Bartholomew said to her, "I can replace Barry in your life."

"Here," Barry said to Bartholomew, handing him the extrapolator that he used to get there, "In case you need to go back to Earth-38 and get your things." Barry mentioned offhandedly.

"Take care of her or I will shoot you in the back myself." Bartholomew threatened Barry.

"I'd die for her, Barry." Earth-1, Barry Allen told himself, seriously.

"You better, or else I will bring Ollie with me and you won't like what will happen next." Bartholomew continued to threaten him.

"Oh, I'm sure my Earth-1 Ollie would join you two." Barry said jokingly.

"Well, this is goodbye. Take care of them." Barry said while pointing towards Earth-6 Kara and Kal.

Barry Allen from Earth-1, turned around and grabbed Earth-38 Kara Danvers' hand and said, "I'm ready."

Earth-38

Barry, Kara and Alex landed back in National City, in Kara's old apartment which happened to be empty.

"You didn't move back when I broke things off?" Barry asked Kara.

"No," Kara answered shortly, "I wasn't sure if they'd let me into your mansion, since you know, I don't own it." Kara said offhandedly.

"You're always welcome, Kara. No matter what happens to me or us." Barry said to her before kissing her on the lips, passionately.

"So, are you going back to Earth-1, Barry?" Alex asked after they broke the kiss, "Or are you going to stay in National City with her?" Alex asked him.

"Where do you want to stay, Kara?" Barry asked her, "The decision is yours."

"I liked living in a mansion, Barry but I need to be closer to Alex and the rest of my family." Kara replied honestly.

"Well, I suppose I could find a way to get Harrison Well's assets transferred over to this planet, somehow…" Barry said while trailing off.

"Wait, how much money do you really own, Barry?" Alex asked him.

"I'm a multi-millionaire, Alex." Barry replied seriously, "But in Earth-1, not here in Earth-38…" Barry told Alex.

"As far as I know, we have the same currency." Kara said to him.

"Let's go back to Earth-1 then, and go to the bank," Barry told The Danvers sisters.

Earth-1

The Danvers sisters and Barry Allen sold off Harrison Wells' mansion to the highest bidder and they sold STAR Labs to a new owner. Then they withdrew all of Harrison Wells' money from his bank accounts and closed up his accounts. Barry went back to CCPD and quit his job as a CSI and told his old boss that he was leaving Central City…They had enough money to buy a new mansion in Earth-38, and they could open up a new STAR Labs in Earth-38, as well.

"BARRY!" Cisco called out while running with Caitlin.

"What is it, Cisco?" Barry asked his friends.

"Well, me and Caitlin thought about this a lot and we want to come with you to Earth-38, have a new life there and plus Team Flash isn't Team Flash without The Flash." Cisco explained with an excitable grin.

"You both know that I'm not The Flash, anymore right?" Barry began, "Whatever Hunter Zolomon did, I don't have my speed, anymore." Barry said sadly.

"Well what about… STAR Labs isn't STAR Labs without Barry Allen." Caitlin suggested.

"Well, I'm opening up a new STAR Labs on Earth-38, do you two want to help me?" Barry asked them.

"Just like old times?" Cisco asked him.

"Yeah," Barry asked, "And who knows? Maybe someday...I could find a way to get my speed back, but if I don't...I won't lose any sleep over it." Barry told Cisco with a smile.

"Wrath of Khan Weekend?" Cisco asked with a smile.

"Sure," Barry began, "And maybe Caitlin, Alex and Kara could have a ladies night out, if Kara doesn't like Star Trek…" Barry said to Cisco.

"It sounds like a Bachelor and Bachelorette Party." Alex commented.

Barry nodded his head, and picked up the three suitcases full of cash…

"Ready to restart our lives?" Barry asked the group.

"Ready," They all said in unison.

Barry motioned for Alex to press the button on the Extrapolator.

A breach opened up and they jumped through it.

Earth-38

Upon arrival the extrapolator broke and exploded.

"Well," Barry began, "I guess we don't need that thing, anymore." Barry said with a hint of humor in his voice.

"What now?" Alex asked the couple, "What are your plans?"

"Well, I promise to do something for Kara before we broke up." Barry said with a knowing grin.

Barry got down on one knee and pulled out an engagement and said, "Will you marry me, Kara?"

"I know you lost your powers, Barry but are you sure? Because that is a bit fast." Cisco commented while chuckling to himself.

"Well," Barry said aloud, "My doppelganger in another Earth, said that nobody is ever ready to get married." Barry said recounting what Grant said to him.

"Yeah, he's so good." Kara said dreamily.

"Well, I'm just like him, now," Barry told Kara. "No powers."

"What do you mean, Kara? What did you do with Barry's doppelganger?" Alex asked, curious.

"I'll tell you on Bachelorette night." Kara replied.

"You know Kara? If you don't tell me now, I can disregard Barry's proposal since he didn't ask for your hand." Alex said with a smile.

"Well, Barry took me to an Earth where Barry and I, are portrayed by actors on Television, named Melissa and Grant," Kara began, "Long story short we all had a foursome." Kara commented with a grin, thinking back to that time.

"Damn, Barry." Alex commented with a grin, "When my sister said she'd do anything for you, she wasn't kidding!" Alex told her future brother-in-law.

"Wait, what happened with don't get sucked in emotionally? You just broke the first rule in 'Speedster's Guide into the Multiverse." Cisco commented.

"Yeah, well. It was interesting having sex with a Kara who doesn't have super strength." Barry said honestly with a grin.

"Hey! I'm hurt." Kara said, while making a fake hurt face.

"Don't be, I'll always love you. Only you." Barry said to her then picked her up, bridal style and carried her to the bedroom.

"You know, Daddy? I've been a bad girl." Kara said seductively while still being loud enough for Alex to hear.

"I'm sure you are, what… punishment do you want?" Barry asked her.

"Okay, that's our cue, people. Let's go before we get scarred for life." Alex said while dragging Cisco and Caitlin out of the apartment.

"I love you, Barry. I'm glad you got stuck on my world." Kara said to her fiance, genuinely.

"I love you too, Kara. I'm glad that I was stuck on another world, with you." Barry said to his fiance before kissing her.

They continued their night and lived happily ever after.

"That's it, Dad?" Henry asked his father.

"Yeah, but this is just the first book of Adventure that me and your Mom went through." Barry said to their children.

"Do you want to hear another story or continue this story?" Kara asked them.

"Can we hear another story and we'll get to this one after that?" Alura asked her parents.

"Of course." Barry and Kara said in unison, "So, what story do you want to hear?" Barry asked.

"The Story of Arsenal, Supergirl and Superboy." The twins replied in unison.

Barry got the book and sat beside their children and began reading it.

The End.

What's next?
