Changing common sense in regards to clothing

John instantly knew what he wanted to change the moment he realized the book actually worked. Grabbing a pen he starts writing down a few base rules.

"I John Doe have a button sized penis when flaccid that does not even reach a full inch. When it's hard it reaches a max of one and a half inches"

"I John Doe have no hair below my neck and am incapable of growing any facial hair."

"There are very light consequences to public nudity with most cases ending with the punishment being some sort of humiliation like ritual rather then fines/jail time."

"Any attraction/humor derived of someone's body is kept no matter how lewd an outfit is."

"I John Doe am known for dressing very conservatively so any outfit with less than a t-shirt or sweatpants amount of coverage is notable."

Finishing up with the initial rules he runs a hand down his crotch and feels the change immediately. Smiling he goes to write down his final rule, what the new common sense regarding outfits would be.
