Changes

Having now officially made up with Quinn, the pair redressed and agreed that for the time being still keeping distance was best, well at least until Quinn put her plan to deal with Will into action. However, that didn't stop them from sharing the rest of their hike with one another, enjoying one another's company, sharing some stories together, and just overall enjoying the freedom of having no one else hanging over them for a little while. Of course, it still couldn't last long, Quinn knew her walk was going to be monitored, so after only a short twenty minutes, the pair said their goodbyes and headed home.

What Kenny didn't expect to find upon returning to his house was Juliet stuffing a bag into her trunk. He stood at a loss in the driveway watching as the brunette slammed the trunk closed and made her way around to the driver's door. Juliet pulled out her keys before finally catching sight of her cousin. Her eyes widened and then she looked down, Kenny could see her softly muttering under her breath while her cheeks were turning rosy. She couldn't seem to decide from leaving right now, or at least tell him what was going on, so Kenny decided for her.

"Heading out?" Kenny's tone was calm, casual even, holding no blame or resentment,

"Yeah..." Juliet stepped back from her door and turned to face him, her hands sheepishly tucked behind her back, "Quinn was telling me that Will is suddenly going psycho and she can't come down here to see me, so I figured if I was at home only next door it'd be easier," Kenny gave an understanding nod, taking half a moment to wonder if that might have even been part of Quinn's plan, "Plus, I figure, you and me...a break from being in the same house might be good."

Kenny felt a little sting from her words, but even still, he understood why and couldn't find it in himself to be angry. "I get it, it's been weird, to say the least," Juliet breathed out a nervous laugh and nodded, "Well, I think it's a good call." Juliet's eyes widened in surprise, and maybe even a little hurt? "You should be there for your friend if she's going through some stuff and I think I need to get myself back into gear. I've been slipping back into old habits and being out today reminded me that I still like the new me. So I'm gonna get back to going to the gym with JJ in the mornings at least."

"That's great, Ken, I'm...I'm still proud of all the progress you've made this summer, and I know JJ will push you to go even further, he's good like that." Kenny nodded in full agreement, "So...we're cool then? I'll talk to you soon? You know, after a little while back home."

"Whenever, you know I'll be around." Juliet and Kenny shared a short, but knowing gaze with one another before the brunette quickly jumped in her car and turned it on. Kenny lifted a hand, giving a small wave to the girl before turning and heading towards his door. "She needs time to think about things and I need time to try and settle things. This is for the best."

An hour later, Kenny was laying on his bed in his bedroom, now freshly showered, and more relaxed than he had been in the last week. Knowing Juliet was gone both saddened him but brought a lot of relief, it was hard enough thinking about Quinn and the other girls without adding in the awkward, post-sex haze that was hanging between them. Now he could think, and the first girl that was on his mind now was Ellie. What happened to her since everything at the hotel with Nicole? He hadn't called her but she hadn't called him either. It felt wrong, but Kenny still thought in some way maybe it was better to keep things severed like this. He didn't dislike her, obviously, but after everything he put her through, having Will undoubtedly yelling and shaming her must have put her into a living hell.

Even so, Kenny did miss the sound of her voice...that sweet smile she'd give him all day at the gym...her amazingly toned, beautiful body...

Buzz - Buzz - Buzz

Kenny felt his phone ringing in his pocket, tearing him out of his longing thoughts. With a sigh, he reached for it and pressed it to his ear, "Hello?"

"You've been ignoring me," Kenny immediately sat up, kicking himself for not looking at the caller first. Bella. "You must think you're pretty fucking clever, that pretending I don't exist gives you some edge."

"I'm not looking for an edge. Everything between you and me is settled. There's not even a point to fear what you know any more, The truth's out anyway." Kenny muttered back.

There was silence for a few moments, "I know, I heard. I'd apologize that it happened, but we both know I wouldn't mean it." Kenny rolled his eyes, "However, I do want to point out I kept my word, he didn't learn anything from me."

Kenny's eyebrow ever so slightly arched. He hadn't actually given much thought as to how Will figured things out, him finding out just seemed inevitable despite whatever Kenny did to fight that away, Bella letting him in on things hadn't crossed his mind. So why did she care so much about making him know that she hadn't? It wouldn't have made things all that different one way or another, they were hardly on good terms, he couldn't have really blamed her for telling her brother either, so what gives?

Kenny shoved aside those thoughts, if there was one thing he knew, understanding Bella wasn't ever going to happen. "Yeah well...thanks I guess, doesn't really matter either way." Kenny murmured back and gave his head a small shake, "Seeya."

"Do not hang up on me." Bella's tone was sharper then ever, it wasn't a request, it was a demand, "I need to speak with you. Today."

Kenny scoffed and rolled his eyes again, "Then fucking talk, Bella."

"No, not like this; in person. Juliet's not at your house anymore, so we can speak freely there. It's important." Bella smoothly responded, not reacting to Kenny's gruffness at all.

Kenny swiftly jumped out of bed, "You're in Dartwin, how the hell do you know Juliet's not at my house anymore?"

There was a small smug giggle, "Love, I'm not in Dartwin. I saw her moving back into her house earlier. You don't have company do you?"

He ignored her question. "Oh joy, I didn’t think you'd be back in Greenwall anytime soon. Are you just here to bother me?" Kenny shot back as he headed out of his bedroom,

"No, I'm here to talk to you about something important," Bella calmly replied, "It seems like you're alone...good."

"Fuck, you're outside aren't you?" Kenny groaned and in the next moment his front door opened. He hung up his phone and shoved it into his pocket as the older redhead let herself inside. Sporting a pair of tight black leggings and a white button up blouse that was teasingly let open at the top normally might have gotten to Kenny, but right now, he was focused elsewhere. "Do you just let yourself in anywhere you go?"

"Relax, I have an important reason to be here." Bella turned and easily shut the door, extending her hand she motioned for Kenny to follow her as she walked around to the couch, taking a seat.

Kenny let out a scoffing exhale and walked over, taking a seat in the armchair across from her, "If you're looking for a "rematch" that's not an important reason. I had my fun, but our business is done. Like I told you, you've got nothing on me anymore."

"Except for telling Julie about what you've been doing with her friends. Will didn't tell her, I know that much," Bella slyly replied,

"You want to ruin your little sister's friendship, you go for it. I'm not gonna be the one burned in that scenario, she'll never forgive you." Kenny fired back without a care, "I'm not stupid Bella, you're not fooling me. You got beat, it's over, accept it."

"I hardly got beaten in a fair fight," Bella muttered back before giving her head a quick shake, "Ugh, enough, that's not the point or reason for me being here. I actually am here for your well being."

"You're what?" Kenny chuckled in denial, "As if you care about my well being."

"I do considering how intertwined you are with my family. As long as you're playing with Quinn, I'd prefer her not to be in for the disappointment of a lifetime." Kenny's smile faded away and he leaned forward curiously, "Ah, finally got your attention, willing to listen now?" Kenny let out a sharp, but soft exhale through his nose and leaned back, crossing his arms. "Good. Now, that pill you and I shared. It's not meant for healthy guys like you. It's main purpose is to assist woman or men who can no longer preform."

"Okay? I mean...I kinda had a feeling considering it kept me hard for a hell of a long time." Bella gave Kenny a nod,

"That's it's purpose for guys. It's supposed to give the guys who can't get it up and keep it up a jump start...except, when a guy who doesn't have the problem takes them...there has been side effects."

Kenny face went white, "What kinds of effects?"

"It can have...a reverse effect," Bella sighed and Kenny immediately slid a hand up through his hair, "It wasn't finished being developed for the men, hence why it's not out to the public yet for that exact reason. Your body could end up find a dependency for it and not be able to...preform without it's assistance." Kenny's eyes grew wider, "Now that's not for certain and they do say that early on if you are remaining very active, you can help keep your body in line with it's natural ability. It's almost as if you have to clear every last drop of it out of your system. So, Kenny..." Bella stood up and began to unbutton her blouse, "If you want to be able to keep enjoying my little sister and whom ever else you're sticking it inside, I'd take your pants off and let me take a look." Kenny swallowed hard as Bella pulled her shirt open and her large breasts spilled out.
