Change a few (Dozen) things

“I’ve been thinking” said John “Why just use my powers to change my own life and those around me when I can make more sweeping changes, changes which will make the world better, at least sexually speaking.”

“I know” said Gina “And I approve of what you’ve been thinking. I shall fulfill your desires, but a must warn you there may be unforeseen consequences, but you can change them if you do not like them.”

“Fine” said John “So when can you start?”

“It is already done, master” said Gina “Sexually transmitted diseases have been eradicated entirely from the world. In fact sexual intercourse strengthens the immune system and speeds healing…”

“… I didn’t wish for that …” said John.

“… I know, but given your recurring nurse fantasies and the fact that this makes sex a valid treatment option I thought you’d approve. Should I change it?”

“No. That’s O.k. Although it may make me want to hurt myself … Anyway, what about the other parts …”
