Ch 3: The Queen of Fuh'el
The woman looked confusedly at Samrah, looking at him funny. Samrah looked in humble reverence to the supposed Queen of Fuh'el. He simply kneel on one knee and took her hand to his and kissed her ring finger's knuckle. The woman was obviously flustered at the intimate greeting and could only blush. Samrah looked up at her... "My queen, you humble me with your sudden appearance. Your alchemist showed me great hospitality and has introduced you to me." Samrah looked up from her hand and saw what must've been an exotic beauty in front of him. The woman has short curly hair and has full lips, her brown eyes were simple but at the same time betrays exquisite beauty. She is 5'6 and her frame was on the slim side but in no way was it not generous in blessing her with all the right curves. She looked incredible in Samrah's eyes...
"Oh, that's... unconventional..." The woman says. Samrah gently stood up and continued to stare at her. The woman then gave a questioning gaze at the other guy behind Samrah. "Woah, look this guy is so into his RP that... you just gotta roll with it." He said and Samrah gave him a slightly furious glare.
"You do NOT talk to her majesty that way... I may have an unusual situation and some questions need answering with my Raw Power but you will NOT tell her highness to... 'roll with it' like some dog!" Samrah didn't hide his wrath from the man as he raises his staff and brought it down hard on the floor, the sound of heavy metal making contact with something solid resounding through the room and the floor visibly cracks under the weight of the staff and Samrah's strength.
"Woah... that's a real staff..." The man simply muttered as the woman didn't seem pleased with Samrah's actions either. "What are you doing!? And what the hell did you do with the tiles!?" Samrah turned around at the queen kneeling on the ground inspecting the crack on the floor. Samrah realizes this and took his staff away and through his guilt, he tried to raise the queen. "Your majesty! Please do not bring yourself low to the ground! I regret my actions and for breaking your floor! It didn't know the materials making this establishment was delicate! Please forgive me!" Samrah performed obeisance in front of the queen who was also in shock. True he broke the floor and one tile is in need of replacing, and the guy that broke the tile 'should' be apologizing but, for some reason there's something else that's off about the strange man.
"Y-You... what, who is this guy? Why is he here causing trouble?" The woman asked to the man, Samrah not yet raising himself. "Huh? I don't know... he just came in here asking for the king of fu'el or something... he was so into his stuff that I just joined in." He explained, Samrah slowly raised himself up as the alchemist starts to say things that starts to confuse him. "Fuel King... it's... Fuel King... look!" The woman gestured at the sign outside... "I knew that... but it was just the Role Play that got me into it okay?" The man continued to defend himself. Samrah then stood up, a confused look in his face.
"I'm sorry, Role, Play? I remember playing a role as our world's savior among my companions but right now I am only confused. Please, stop fighting because of me, my queen, I only came here to ask questions, please, bless me with your knowledge! I need to know where I am... I might need to go back to my homeland and continue on my quest, or, if I have finished it, come back to rest at last! I do not understand how I came to be here but that is why I wished to talk to you..." Samrah pleaded with the woman. Both the woman and the man were slightly shocked and stare at him with disbelief...
The woman glared at Samrah and flat out said... "I'm not a queen, you are not in some fantasy world, you're not on some quest, there's no such thing as magic, your stupid staff broke my tiled floor and you are causing nothing but trouble to us people who have to spend our time working and earning a living instead of dressing up like an idiot and bothering hard working people for your amusement!!" She was getting furious... Samrah didn't understand what she was saying... no, he understood it clearly, but didn't know what it meant to him. He wasn't lying... he wasn't just bothering them for his amusement... but one thing was for sure, he was causing trouble. Not wanting to cause any more that he already has, he could only hang his head low.
"It it seems that I have upset you milady... it was not to my intention. But if it helps with your current mood, then I will leave... I meant no harm." Samrah as he gazed one last time at the beautiful woman, queen or not, she was meant to be of high stature. He gave one last bow to them both as he picks up his staff and began to walk away... then he held the handle of the invisible wall, or door, and gently pushed it, to his surprise, it opened easily. He chuckled at himself for his foolishness earlier, it was thanks to seeing the woman opening it earlier that made him realize it was just an ordinary door with a glass like material to it. He has seen glasses before, but never like this... and it always reflects your appearance instead... but, he can slightly see himself from here... he gave a second to realize that he looks different from the others, the man and the woman here... still wanting to find some answers, he exited the establishment and began walking in the middle of the road...
He began thinking about where he would go, but so far, the road towards the forest area seems promising to him, the other direction barely has much trees and looked like a barren wasteland as far as he could see... with renewed vigor, he began walking in a much faster pace, thinking that nothing can tr-
"Hey!" The woman's voice sounded from behind him, it seems he has walked quite a distance already and the establishment was already a hundred meters away from him. The woman caught up to him, panting, she bent down and placed her palms on her knees to give herself a breather. Samrah rushed to her aid and used what little magic he could muster to be able to revitalize her, rubbing on her back she aided her straight back up with his other hand. "Please, you mustn't tire yourself like that..." The woman then stood up, breathing normally again. She was shocked at how quick her recovery was but didn't pay much attention to it.
"Look, there's nothing in that direction for miles... there's a reason why there's a gas station here before the lengthy drive..." She explained to him... he didn't quite understand why she would help him after what he did earlier, he did break her floor.
"I'm... sorry you had to save me there, then, would the other way lead towards something closer?" Samrah asked her and she nodded. "Yeah, that goes straight to the city, only like two miles or three..." She kept on... Samrah looked back at the road he was taking then towards the other way, indeed he does see a slight silhouette of a jagged mountain. "I thank you kindly my lady... but as much as I would love to repay you for your kindness, I have nothing on me." He said, he saw that it was evening and it was turning night time so he decided to just give her a blessing of one of the goddesses. He placed his palm on her forehead and blessed her instead... "May Elune shine the moon's light upon you for guidance." He chanted before he raised his staff, which glowed ever so faintly before he brought it down and a resounding clank of the heavy metal resounded before the woman felt an incredible refreshing sensation over her, her eyes fluttered as the new feeling surround her body. Samrah gave a curt bow and began to walk away towards the road she set out for him.
"W-Wait!" The woman called out again... Samrah turned back to look at her and she was silent for a second. "A-Are you seriously walking for three miles? Don't you have a car or something?" She asked.
"A car?" Samrah asked to himself more than her... he thought it must be a short way of saying 'car'riage. To that he shook his head. "No, I do not own a... car... I more often than not just fly to my destination. But as I am now I am nowhere near what I used to be. It is indeed a very advanced spell and my current predicament would not allow me to cast it." He tried to explain himself to her, though it was clear she wasn't just flabbergasted by his crazy talk. She simply thought to herself that she couldn't leave this lunatic by himself, he could probably get himself hurt or worse, dead. She didn't want that on her conscience. "Look, you can come with me just until the city... I'll be going home anyway and you'd probably give out from the cold outside here..." She said, she looked up and it was only starting to get dark. He couldn't help but give a grateful smile her way.
"Thank you so much my lady... I have done nothing good to you but you are already being so kind to me." Samrah gave a low bow to express his gratitude. This time, the woman was able to slightly give herself some time to actually appreciate what he looked like. His long blonde hair, emerald green eyes, his perfectly shaped jaw and, absolutely tall, he could easily pass as a model. She blushed at the thought and quickly turned around and began walking towards the establishment.
