Catch the arrow

In a quick motion you catch the arrow in mid air right before it strikes you in your chest.
You then use your thumb to break the tip of the arrow.
"Bows get used by people who do not like to play up close." You say as you drop the broken arrow to the floor.

The archer looks a bit impressed by your display of speed and dexterity.
However you then notice a calculating look on her face.
"And swords get used by people who do not know how to win from a distance." She speaks with a confident voice.
She then fires another arrow straight at your chest.
