Cast this one

Deciding you're done flipping through pages, and just want to give one a shot, you figure this one is as good as any. You start by reading the incantation aloud, and immediately feel a small warmth in your chest. As you read onward, the warmth increases and spreads outward, spreading down to your belly and into your arms. By the time you're most of the way through, you notice the two smaller blocks pulsating slightly with colorful light: one is red, and the other blue.

By this time, the feeling has reached your knees and your elbows, and continues to spread as you finish the block of text. When you're done, your entire body feels warm, all the way out to your fingertips and your toes. The two small blocks at the bottom are now glowing brightly. The "Objicio" block is a red-orange hue, and "Capto" is now a brilliant aquamarine.
