Cast is better than no cast

Lauren sighed and agreed. She needed her ankle to be treated, or else it might heal funny and she would have to walk with a limp the rest of her life, not to mention say goodbye to her precious high heels that gave her a significant height boost that in turn gave her confidence and authority (though she didn't know that thanks to her neighbors, she wouldn't be seeing them again anyways).

Angelica's driver showed up soon enough and was able to place both Angelica and Lauren in the back seat of the limousine, their legs intertwined on the seat as they faced each other. Angelica told the driver to go to Dr. Forman's office. A half hour later, Angelica was seated in her wheel chair, and with Lauren needing assistance to move, she was placed on Angelica's lap. The younger girl held onto Lauren's breasts just to "keep her from falling". Lauren groaned and let the girl have her fun as they were pushed into the office.

Inside, the waiting room was small and empty. They were pushed behind the receptionist counter and Angelica called out to the doctor. A man in his late thirties or early forties emerged from the back and saw Angelica and immediately out on his most charming smile and greeted them, not asking about Lauren or why she was naked.

"Hey, my friend here needs her ankle in a cast, and can you prescribe her some cheap pain meds too? She has a broken ankle." Angelica explained.

"Why can't I use the ones the hospital prescribed you?" Lauren protested.

"Oh, no. They gave me the good stuff, and I'm not gonna waste it on someone who actually needs them! Hahaha!" Angelica said.

Lauren sighed and waited for the doctor to collect them and take them to an exam room. The doctor had mixed the plaster for the cast, and got the strips ready to be applied. He first straightened her ankle, and then began to wrap her foot and leg before wrapping it around the entire area. Soon, she was sporting a hot pink cast with Hello Kitty stickers all over it.

"Why does this like a child's cast?" Lauren asked.

"Because you're a child, aren't you?" The doctor said, causing Angelica to nearly fall out of her wheel chair as she laughed.

"No, I'm 26!" Lauren corrected.

"Oh, then I should tell you to keep this cast on for at least a month, then come back here, and I'll see how your ankle is healing before wrapping it again." He explained.

The doctor gave her some pain pills for her to take once a day. The two girls then were wheeled back to the limo, where their next destination was to get clothes.
