Cass is able to save Mackenzie from Officer Jack

As she saw Jack Feldman bearing down at her, Mackenzie was overwhelmed with the instinct to flee. But with her hands glued to the giant canvas in Cass's arms, she knew she'd never get away from the campus security officer. Mackenzie began panicking, completely unsure what to do.

"MACKENZIE FAIR-" Jack began loudly proclaiming before he was interrupted.

"Officer?" Cass pointedly asked, stepping directly between him and Mackenzie. "What's the problem here?"

Jack stumbled slightly as he came to a halt. He was standing just a few feet away from Cass, and therefore just a further few away from Mackenzie. The nearly naked redhead couldn't help but tremble as she saw the zip-ties clenched in the man's grip. Her tank top slipped a bit further out of her grip.

"Step aside, miss," he said, voice dripping with condescension, "I'm here to apprehend this deviant and make sure she finally faces some punishment for her crimes."

Mackenzie gasped as her nemesis voiced her deepest fear aloud. The tank top slipped through the last inch of her fingers, falling down around her ankles. The canvas still covered her front, but anyone behind her was now getting a clear look at her bare ass. And yet, the redhead's mind was still primarily concerned about Jack.

"Crimes? What on earth are you talking about?" Cass asked, not breaking eye contact with him. Her tone was polite, but not at all submissive.

"Don't play dumb. She's standing in the middle of the hallway practically naked. That's not allowed on school grounds."

Jack tried to step around Cass, but she matched his move, preventing him from getting closer to Mackenzie.

"I'm afraid that's my fault, officer," she said. "I bumped into Mackenzie here with my freshly glued canvas and accidentally got it stuck to some of her clothes, so you'll have to excuse her semi-decent state. We were just about to go get her all fixed up!"

Jack glanced down at Cass, as if truly noticing her for the first time.

"Huh?" he asked, confused. "You a friend of hers or something?"

"No, not really. We just met when we bumped into each other, actually."

"Hmm," he grumbled, clearly skeptical. "Well forgive me miss, but I'm not buying that. I think instead I'll just rip the canvas off her and bring her over to the Dean for a chat."

Again, Jack moved to step around Cass. Mackenzie gasped and took a step back (unknowingly stepping out of the fallen top). But this time, the pink-haired girl grabbed him by the wrist.

"So let me get this straight," she loudly announced, practically yelling for the ever growing crowd of students in the building, "this poor student had a minor accident with some glue, which I've already admitted is my fault. And we're currently about to go resolve the issue and use a specific agent to dissolve the glue. And your answer is to instead RIP the canvas off her, tearing her few remaining clothes? NOT TO MENTION possibly damaging her skin?! So you can what? Drag her naked through the halls for your OWN PERVERSE PLEASURE?!"

Jack wrenched his wrist free, scowling at Cass. His anger hadn't diminished, but when he spoke again, his confidence had begun to falter. He was feeling the eyes of several dozen students on him.

"That's NOT why I'm-"

"The situation is under control, JACK," Cass said, uttering his name with absolute scorn. "Unless you'd rather I ask your superiors why a campus security officer is needlessly advocating for HARMING a STUDENT?"

"Harming a-" Jack cut himself off, noticing at least a few phones out and facing directly at him. "That's NOT what I'm saying!"

"This is some heavy duty glue," Cass said, keeping up her announcer-like voice for the onlookers. "You can't just rip it off Mackenzie without risking seriously damaging her skin! Is that what you're trying to do?!"

"N-no! I- What I meant was-"

Jack was interrupted again, but this time it was by a few boos and shouts coming from the students around him.

"Fine. Fine!" he relented. "Use your stupid dissolving stuff then!"

"That's what I thought," Cass said, looking back at Mackenzie for the first time since the confrontation started. "Come on, Mackenzie. Let's get you into that room."

A modicum of relief washed over Mackenzie upon hearing that. She couldn't possibly have been more grateful to Cass for defending her in that moment. The bottomless girl began slowly waddling backwards towards the door.

"Hold on!" Jack called, regaining a semblance of authority in his voice. "I'm coming in there with you."

"Like hell you are!" Cass shouted. "I already told you the canvas is stuck to her clothes too. We'll need to take Mackenzie's clothes off in order to free them from the glue. So no way in hell are you coming in with us, you pervert!"

The chorus of boos and shouting picked up in intensity.

"What's your problem, asshole?!"

"Just let them go, you fucking perv!"

"Disgusting creep!"

Jack began looking around wildly in the growing chaos, trying to calm the students down. Meanwhile, Cass urged Mackenzie onward, guiding her in the direction of the nearby Art Supplies room. The two of them ducked inside, awkwardly holding the canvas between them. Then, Cass closed the door behind them.

The Art Supplies room was about the size of a classroom, but a significant amount of its area was taken up by various shelves and supplies. At the back of the room were two giant sinks. But most importantly of all, no one else was in there but the two girls.

"Are you alright, Mackenzie?" Cass asked.

"Y-yeah..." Mackenzie muttered, her heart still pounding. As the sense of danger began abating, the redhead fully realized that her left hand was no longer gripping anything and that her lower half was fully uncovered. "I think, um, I dropped my tank top out there in all that commotion..."

Mackenzie was standing there, wearing a plain white bra, two plain white ankle socks, and nothing else, with both her hands effectively glued to a giant canvas. But she felt safe in the hands of her new friend. With Cass's help, she knew she could get unstuck and hopefully even find something to wear to get back to the dorms.

"But thanks so much for getting me out of there, Cass!" she said, emphatically.

Cass, the incognito SSFC member who had carefully orchestrated the entire "glued canvas" scenario, smiled back at Mackenzie. Despite the hiccup of encountering Feldman, Plan 7 was proceeding just as planned. And even better, Mackenzie now trusted her even more than before!

"No problem, Mackenzie," Cass said, "Now, let's get this thing off of you!"
