"Hey Erica," Carrie said as Erica caught up with her. "Nice coat, were you thinking of buying that?" She must have noticed the price tag.

"No, Lisa and Alicia left me in the Books department in this bikini..."

Before you can finish your story, Carrie had already peaked into the coat. Her eyes widened a little bit, but that quickly turned into a grin. "Erica, you should know I can't let you keep wearing that coat unless you buy it." She almost sounded remorseful.

"I don't have any money on me now," you exclaim in a hushed voice. "Besides, Lisa and Alicia were supposed to have come to find you. They have all of my things!"

"Neither Lisa nor Alicia have spoken to me today, but I'll tell you what. That coat is not too expensive, especially with my in-store discount. If you give me your bikini right now, I'll buy the coat for you."
