Caroline refuses

Caroline starts struggling, trying to break away from the hands keeping her arms pinned behind her back. The hound man steps in front of her, holding a pair of scissors and a whippy branch he’d pulled from a nearby tree. Holding both up to the crowd he loudly asks “Strip or whip first folks?”
