Cardin Winchester, Mind Control Dust

Cardin walked down the halls of Beacon. He was down on his luck, especially in the love department. But that was all about to change.

When Cardin fought a Grimm the other day, he noticed it dropped a bag of weird looking blue dust. Upon doing research, Cardin learned the dust was called Hypno-Dust, a rare material Grimm occasionally dropped. It would never run out, and if Cardin blew the dust in someone's eyes, they would fall into an obedient trance until Cardin snapped them out of it.

With the dust in hand, Cardin went to find a test subject.
