Cardelious empire

Morgan the Cruel, as the name implies, is one of the empire's most sedistic and ruthless rulers; as the only woman ruler in a sycotically patriarchal society, she had to be more cruel and bloodthirsty to compensate for being a woman, and she is the only person even the Emperor is disgusted by and afraid of.

She is the ruler of the High Mountains; she is a sadistic witch who enjoys torching her enemies and has extensive knowledge of magic, which makes her a formidable opponent. Her house has the Vorbild a magical rock the mounts in her territory are made of.
