Call the receptionist

You pull out your phone and open the company contact list. "Alexandra Robertson - Oceanfront Media - Receptionist" appears under the Oceanfront Media section, and to your surprise its the only name present. You hadn't realized the division was so small, perhaps previous workers had all been contractors, which makes sense for photographers and film crews.

You dial the work mobile number next to Alexandra's name and after a few rings a young female voice answers.

"Hi this is Alexandra, Oceanfront Media, how can I help you?"

"Hi Alexandra, this is Eric Davis," you say, "I am at the front desk and it appears you are away, when are you planning to be back at your desk?"

"Oh Mr. Davis I am so sorry, I didn't realize you were going to be visiting the office so soon! I am just out on the patio, I will be right inside."

"I suggest you hurry," you respond sternly, enjoying your new position of authority.
