Call for help

You take out your phone and press the speed dial for the Headmistress as Rose continues to wriggle her pretty teen ass at you.

"Yes Dean, what can I do for you?" Diana says into your ear.

"I have a student in my office who has violated the Code of Conduct regarding contraband in her room. She wishes to receive her punishment immediately, to get it out of the way. Do you have time to attend as a witness?"

"Who is the student?"

"Rose Newton."

"I'm on my way. Five minutes."

Rose gives you a disappointed look as you put your phone away, remaining bent over your desk and slowly writhing her fine rump.

"We could have dealt with this privately Sir," she breathes. "Calling Ms. Naylor wasn't necessary. I said I waived my right to have her here." She bites her lip as she looks at you with sultry eyes, widening her stance to display her puffy glistening labia to you. Part of your mind is cursing you for going by the book and calling the headmistress, while another part is telling you that the danger from this girl is not yet past.

"Stand up Miss Newton," you order, keeping your voice level. "We'll wait for the Headmistress."

"As you wish Dean Hawkfeather," the pretty blonde replies softly, standing up and making a show of smoothing her skirt before bending down and picking up her panties. "It would have been so much...easier to do it without Ms. Naylor, but I'm at your command."

Before you can respond, there's a tap at the door and it opens to admit Headmistress Naylor, her face stern and resolute, her eyes flicking from you to Rose, raising an eyebrow at the panties dangling from the student's hand.
