Call for backup.

Breaking free from her shadows, you hunch over your Voi, cradling her head in your arms. Gritting your teeth, you focus your power into your back. You've only ever done this once before and you're hoping that you can do it again. Pain radiates from between your shoulder blades and you hear a collection of surprised gasps, followed by the shuffling of feet, pulling away from you. Snarling, you push on, feeling your muscles roil and churn, and begin to bulge upwards. "What are you doing? What are you doing!?" Your Voi shrieks, watching a mountain of flesh bubble up behind you.

Higher and higher your back grows, your face a painting of agony, until with a silent scream, the twisting, rending flesh reaches it's peak and explodes.

A stunned silence engulfs the room. All eyes, except two, looking skywards. You lay there, writhing in unbearable torment, until you hear the familiar sounds of your own voice coming from up above. "Here we go lads!" Turning your head, you see hundreds of your dupes, all of them hooting and hollering, as they fall from the sky, raring to go. Your reinforcements have arrived.

They waste no time. Rolling when they land, they spring upon the nearest unoccupied shadow and mount them. Within seconds, the room is filled with nothing but moans, groans, the meeting of hips, and the occasional short argument as some of Voi's shadows have to share your dupes.

But back on the bed, you and Voi are frozen in place. You know that your back is knitting itself back together, but you can't feel it. The two of you are lost, trapped in your own heads. Locked in a battle of fortitude, seeing who's single mind can survive the pleasures of a thousand bodies.

Your Voi's eyes fade first. Followed by her limbs going limp and her head falling back onto the pillows. But you can't enjoy your victory. Your vision is going blank and you can barely hold yourself up. Slowly, your entire system begins shutting down, bringing with it darkness' sweet embrace.
