Call For Backup

"Okay, this is some supernatural shit," Lois said as she tapped numbers into her phone. "And it demands a supernatural solution."

Half an hour later, two shadows crossed the moon and dropped into an alley behind the club. Lois Lane was pulling the waistband of her tight red pants down with one hand, and holding her white t-shirt up with the other as Zatanna and Raven frowned at the latex panties.

"Do you two need a minute?" Wonder Woman joked. She crossed her arms in front of her impressive chest.

"Good gosh," Mary Marvel said, blushing. "Are you okay Miss Lane?"

"Lady Shazam," Lois said, "You're in college. I know you've had sex ed. Trust me, this is barely even kinky these days."

"Kinky or not," Raven, Trigon's daughter, of the no-longer-teenaged Titans said. "There is demon magic here. Powerful. A crowbar could not remove these panties, until the conditions of the binding have been fulfilled."

"And what are those?" Lois asked.

"Pregnancy," Zatanna said with a frown. She was holding thumbs and forefingers in a rectangle, like a director framing a shot...only a bright glow gleamed, silver in the moonlight, between those fingers. "You're ovulating. And inseminated. The panties are to ensure you don't do anything to prevent yourself from getting pregnant."

"Can you remove it?" Lois asked.

Zatanna and Raven shared a glance. The demon's daughter shook her head.

"A powerful enchantment. We would need to either defeat the demon...or circumvent the enchantment."

"What does that mean?" Lois said.

This time, it was Mary Marvel that spoke up, her arcane wisdom coming into its own. "The binding enchantment stays in place until you're pregnant...but it doesn't specify who gets you pregnant. If Zatanna cast a spell to get you pregnant by someone else..."

She let the thought trail off. Obviously, the choice was Lois's.
